摘要: A shower head having a stem, a spray head coupled to the stem and including a plurality of outlets for discharging water into at least one spray pattern, and a mixing valve located within the stem. The mixing valve has a housing having a first inlet, a second inlet and an outlet; a first flow control valve for controlling the flow of a first fluid from the first inlet to the outlet; and a second flow control valve for controlling the flow of a second fluid from the second inlet to the outlet. The shower head also has a touchscreen user interface located on a surface of the shower head, wherein the touchscreen user interface allows a user to control at least one of a temperature or a flow rate of fluid from the outlet to the spray head by controlling the first and second flow control valves.

摘要: A mixing valve includes a cold water inlet, a hot water inlet, and an outlet, first and second flow control valves for controlling the flow of hot and cold water. Each of the first and second flow control valves include a valve inlet, first and second valve outlets communicating with the outlet, and a valve member assembly to control the flow of water through the first and second valve outlets. Each valve member assembly includes a first valve member configured to engage with a first valve seat and a second valve member configured to engage with a second, separate, valve seat. The first valve member is configured to be urged closed by water entering through the valve inlet and the second valve member is configured to be urged open by water entering through the valve inlet such that water exerts substantially no net force on the valve members.

摘要: A water heater includes a hot water tank 57, a hot water-supplying heat exchanger 52, a water-entering conduit 64, a hot water-issuing conduit 65, entering-water temperature detecting device 67, control device 83 and scale suppressing device 76. The scale suppressing device 76 includes an inlet connection port 77 and an outlet connection port 78 which can be attached to and detached from the water-entering conduit 64. The control device 83 changes an entering-water set temperature T1 at which a heating operation is completed depending upon whether or not the scale suppressing device 76 is mounted. Therefore, a lifetime of a scale inhibitor is increased, and it is possible to reduce maintenance and maintenance costs required when the scale inhibitor is replaced or replenished.
