    摘要: An in-line testing method for non-intrusively testing the force required to complete the closure of a power assisted sliding door assembly onto a door opening having resistance seals, comprising: (a) providing a door switch and a timing device within the power assist sliding door assembly to at least measure the time lapse from a door ajar position to a door locked position; and (b) if the time lapse is slower than a pattern time lapse for a model assembly of the same door known to be properly fitted, adjusting the door ajar gap in the test assembly to reduce the force required to achieve a door locked position.

It discloses a system using lamps to indicate that the power wiring is connecting to three-phase motors in the correct sequence or that single-phase motors have their windings correctly phased.

    摘要: When a cylinder is urged to displace a piston rod, and a pulse signal is inputted into a counter from an encoder, then the number of pulses of the pulse signal is counted by a counting section. A time-measuring section starts measurement for the elapsed time upon the start of operation of the cylinder. When the pulse signal is inputted, the elapsed time is reset. When the displacement of the piston rod is stopped, the pulse signal is not inputted. The elapsed time is increased to make coincidence with a predetermined preset time to output, to a control unit, a preset time elapse signal indicating this fact. At this time, the preset count value is compared with the count value of the pulse signal counted by the counting section. If the both are coincident with each other, a coincidence signal indicating this fact is outputted to the control unit. Accordingly, it is possible for the control unit to detect the stop of the cylinder and detect the displacement position of the piston rod at this time.

The positioning apparatus includes an external input unit, a timer unit that counts a period of time that starts when the external input signal is input to the external input unit, a memory that stores a setting timer value that is set, using a positioning control program, as delay time for delaying the start of the positioning control and positioning command data calculated by an arithmetic processing unit, and a positioning command output unit that output the positioning command on the basis of the positioning command data stored in the memory to a target to be controlled. The positioning command output unit outputs the positioning command when a count value of the timer unit agrees with the setting timer value retained in the memory. The setting timer value stored in the memory is changeable in accordance with setting in the positioning control program.

A controlling system for driving and controlling the movable face moves the movable face at a lower speed in the subsequent stage than in the initial extending stage or initial retracting stage. Furthermore, a hazard detecting time for the subsequent stage is chosen to be shorter than a hazard detecting time for the initial extending stage or initial retracting stage. Accordingly, the movable face is moved quickly and smoothly in the initial stage while improving safety in the subsequent stage.
