    摘要: An external system for preparing information tables is connected by a connector to a digital valve control system which controls a digital valve by driving a pulse motor according to the information tables. The digital valve control system stores in the memory a first information table for determining the control amount for the digital valve and a second information table for determining the interval between the generation of motor driving pulses. The first information table for determining the control amount is fixedly stored in the memory and the second information table for determining the type of control pattern is stored in the memory which is capable of writing and reading the information which can be freely prepared, corrected and modified by the external system. The second information table is prepared by the keyboard of the external system, transferred to the digital valve control system and written in the memory. The digital valve is actually controlled by using the prepared information table to check the load condition and the correction of the second information table is repeated by the external system until the optimum result is obtained, and the external system is then disconnected when a desired control characteristic is obtained.

    摘要: An operation program preparation device capable of reducing labor and cost for preparation of a robot operation program. Work operations of a robot includes work operations that are common to individual workpieces or operation objects and independent of workpiece type, and work operations that vary depending on workpiece. Operation-program definition data are set and stored, which includes a first program part requiring workpiece-dependent alteration and a second program part not depending on workpiece type. Workpiece-type related data representing workpiece position/orientation information is input and stored. In accordance with the first program part not having been subject to the workpiece-dependent alteration and the workpiece-type related data, the first program part is subject to alteration to complete the first program part, whereby the entire operation program is completed. As for a new workpiece, the operation program can be prepared only by inputting workpiece-type related data, making it possible to easily prepare the operation program adapted to various types of workpiece.

The part program comprises a plurality of steps for taking measurements of a part and is displayed in an editing interface. An option is provided in the editing interface for selecting which steps are in an editing initialization block. After the part program has been saved, at a later time when the part program is recalled for editing, the editing initialization block may be run before additional steps are added to the part program. At least some of the data that would have been obtained by one or more of the initial part program steps that are not in the editing initialization block may be based on estimated data that is related to (e.g., modified based on) data determined from running the editing initialization block.

A geometry of a new die part that influences the reshaping is determined.

    摘要: A CAD/CAM apparatus is adapted such that each set of machining process information representative of machining attributes and the relative machining path and the order of machining are stored in a storage portion associated with each geometric element of each shape of an object, and the machining process information can be modified according to the need and stored again by a machining process edition portion, whereby it is made possible to input information relative to specifications of machining methods in an interactive manner with the display screen. The apparatus is further adapted such that NC data for machining a geometric shape are generated based on the information stored in its storage portion, whereby, differing from prior art apparatuses, it is enabled, even when there are mixed particular specifications of machining conditions for individual part of a geometric shape of the object and a common specification of machining conditions for a unit of geometric shape of the object, to output the NC data for all the shapes in a lump. Further, it is adapted such that any desired portion of the sets of machining process information stored in the storage portion associated with geometric elements can be selectively modified in the machining process edition portion so that new NC data based on the modified machining process information are provided, thereby eliminating the need for re-defining geometric shapes over again in contrast with the prior art apparatuses and enabling the NC data incorporating the modified machining process information to be formed easily and quickly.
