    摘要: A customer-orientated manufacturing planning and controlling system. An order management module is programmed to receive an order for a product and reserve a capacity for the order based on a capacity model that considers a plurality of capacity vectors in a production system. A plan engine generates a fixed production schedule for the order based on the capacity model. A priority management engine provides a priority for the order. A production schedule monitor and evaluation module determines whether the order in process conforms to the fixed production schedule by statistical process control (SPC) and whether to adjust the fixed production schedule and to adjust the priority based on a dynamic achievement model of historical fixed production schedules, based on historical production information in a production database storing production information of the production system.

    摘要: In an apparatus for generating and managing production processing structure in a production management system of a factory, the structure of factory made up of the names or other identifiers of process points obtained by subdividing the factory production line is hierarchically registered in the storage device of the management computer (server; S200), the terminal computers and devices used in production are registered as terminal devices (S202), and tasks (from among tasks generated in advance and stored in the disk of the management computer) for achieving the operation or processing to be implemented at the process points are selected for each process point and registered in the order of execution (S204), while linking the terminal devices with definition information that correlates them, once the terminal computers are activated, the registered tasks are executed by the management computer (server) based on the definition information thus registered, so that the production record information is accumulated, production instructions are distributed to the devices based on the accumulated production record information, such that the product is produced. With this, the number of man-hours and the costs of developing the production management system in building a factory can be significantly reduced, and the turnaround time can be shortened.

    摘要: The production of semiconductor devices manufactured through a plurality of manufacturing sites is unitarily managed and an appropriate production plan is instructed. A computer projects a production plan of an entire company based on various information. The production plan is provided to each manufacturing site as a production instruction and provided to each business person or customer as a storing reply or an order accepting period reply. If the projected production plan (possible production volume) does not coincide with a production plan (necessary production volume), parameters obtained by correcting production allocation, production capability, lead time, yield and the like are re-input from a parameter input terminal. Based on the corrected parameters, the computer re-projects the production plan and projects an optimum production plan.

    摘要: An industrial control system uses a number of autonomous control units, each associated with one piece of equipment in an industrial process. The autonomous control units negotiate by bidding among themselves to determine a common set of input and output values for the interconnected machines with which they are associated. Each autonomous control unit determines whether input values are acceptable by using a model of its associated equipment. The model provides anticipated output values which may be compared against a predetermined range of outputs of associated machines, outputs compatible with downstream machines, or the constraints of the overall industrial process according to a designated job to be accomplished. Optimization of the input and output values is provided by allowing preliminary bids to be the subject of optimizing counter-bids if the original bid value could have been accepted.

    摘要: The invention comprises in various embodiments controllers and apparatus for testing flexible manufacturing systems and methods of operating same. The controller includes a computer, a program, output lines from the computer, and devices connected to the output lines. The program uses matrix logic equations to determine when to start and stop jobs. The devices start and stop individual resources in response to logic signals from the computer. In one embodiment, the controller obtains sensor feedback on the distribution of work pieces and available resources in the manufacturing system. The invention also includes an apparatus and methods for testing a flexible manufacturing system. In response to the input of initial data, the apparatus for testing a flexible manufacturing system solves matrix equations and determines the activity and/or production of the manufacturing system. The apparatus for testing a flexible manufacturing system sends logical signals to a recording device which, in one embodiment, produce a cumulative display of the time dependent production or activity of the system.
