The examples describe a method and apparatus for determining electrical parameters of assemblies (printed circuit boards and as well as passive components) by the contactless determination of the spatial distribution of material.     摘要: A low-temperature superconducting device for measuring gravity, includes a low-temperature container, a cryocooler, a rotor chamber, a superconducting rotor, an upper levitation coil, a lower levitation coil, an upper electrode, an intermediate electrode, a lower electrode, a magnetic shielding chamber and a superconducting quantum interference device. By cooling the whole low-temperature superconducting device using a cryocooler, the intermediate electrode disposed in the body of the magnetic shielding chamber will generate an output voltage when the superconducting rotor is displaced due to a change of gravity. Thus, the superconducting quantum interference device can make the superconducting rotor return to the central balance position by adjusting the operating current of the upper levitation coil or the lower levitation coil. A change of gravity can be determined based on the operating current fed back to the upper levitation coil or the lower levitation coil.

    摘要: A quench detection device (or method) is provided that receives real-time information of concurrently monitored electrical characteristics of a high temperature superconducting (HTS) device, or any superconducting material, device, or system including low temperature superconductors, during operation. The quench detection device determines whether an electrical threshold is satisfied based on the received real-time information. The quench detection device detects a quench condition if the electrical threshold remains satisfied over a predetermined period of time or a predetermined successive number of times. If a quench detection is detected, the quench detection device sends a signal to terminate the operation of the HTS device.

    摘要: A head with a pick-up coil is attached to a supporter so that the head is freely movable along the direction perpendicular to the surface of a superconductor. Fluid spouted from the spout hole of the head maintains the height (gap space) of the head from the surface. The head is firmly fixed to the supporter in the direction along the surface. Since the relative position of the head in the direction along the surface of the superconductor is changable by drive means for moving the superconductor or the head, the distribution of the magnetic flux which is trapped in the superconductor is measured by scanning the surface of the superconductor with pick-up coil.

    摘要: An alternating current loss measuring apparatus for superconductors includes a superconductor specimen, a magnetic field applying coil, a radiation shield, a vacuum vessel, first cooling means, and second cooling means. The first cooling means or the second cooling means is provided with a temperature regulating mechanism. The magnetic field applying means and the radiation shield are set to be a first cooling part, whereas the superconductor specimen is set to be a second cooling part, and the first cooling part and the second cooling part are cooled by first and second cooling means, respectively. A high thermal resistance member is disposed between the superconductor specimen and the second cooling means, and temperature measuring means are disposed at at least two positions on the high thermal resistance member. The alternating current loss of a superconductor under an external magnetic field can be measured at each of different temperatures.
