摘要: There is provided a mobile crane including an undercarriage, turning body turnably supported by the undercarriage, a boom derrickably supported by the turning body, a derricking unit that causes the boom to perform a derricking operation, a derricking force measurement unit that measures a derricking force by which the derricking unit causes the boom to perform the derricking operation, a ground angle acquisition unit that acquires a boom-to-ground angle which is an angle of the boom relative to a ground where the undercarriage is disposed, and an actually suspended load calculation unit that calculates an actually suspended load, based on the derricking force and the boom-to-ground angle.

摘要: A vessel mooring system includes a tension hoist, an elevation hoist, a sensor, and a programmable controller. The tension hoist is coupled to a mooring line, and the mooring line is configured to couple to a vessel. The elevation hoist is coupled to an elevation line, and the elevation line configured to couple to a mooring cart. The sensor is configured to sense at least one parameter associated with the mooring line. The programmable controller is configured to compare the at least one parameter associated with the mooring line sensed by the sensor to a predetermined mooring line parameter threshold and, when the at least one parameter associated with the mooring line differs from the predetermined mooring line parameter threshold, the programmable controller is configured to cause at least one of the tension hoist to adjust the mooring line and the elevation hoist to adjust the elevation line.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and device for providing a wire breakage warning. The method includes: obtaining a plurality of process values when a crystal ingot cutting machine uses a cutting wire to cut a crystal ingot; dividing the process values into N groups, and determining a statistical property of each of the groups; identifying outlier values in the process values based on the statistical property of each of the groups, or determining a statistical property variation corresponding to each of the groups based on the statistical property of each of the groups; and in response to determining that the outlier values in the process values meet a first warning condition, or the statistical property variation corresponding to each of the groups meets a second warning condition, providing a wire breakage warning associated with the cutting wire.

摘要: Personnel working at elevated positions use safety lines to prevent falls. Equipment being used in proximity to the personnel may interfere with the safety lines presenting a potential hazard. A fall protection monitor provides an automated and wireless sensor system for avoiding interactions between equipment and safety lines. The fall-protection monitor includes a first sensor for monitoring whether a safety line is in operation. A second sensor monitors a location of a moveable device being used in the vicinity of the safety line. A controller determines the location of the moveable device and whether the safety line is in operation. The controller prevents movement of the moveable device within a predetermined distance from an operational safety line.

The chain tension sensor is configured to monitor a signal between one or more sensors of the sensor base of the link assemblies to determine a proximity of the chain tension sensors.

The method includes providing a pulse of air directed toward the carbon fiber tow, determining, via a first sensor, an air pressure of the pulse of air, and measuring, via a second sensor, a displacement of the carbon fiber tow in response to the pulse of air directed toward the carbon fiber tow. The method further includes calculating, via a controller, a linear density of the carbon fiber tow based on the air pressure and the displacement, and outputting, via the controller, the linear density.

摘要: A load change detection apparatus is provided with a base member, an elastic member, a first plate, a fixing member and heat flow sensors. The elastic member deforms according to a changed load applied to the elastic member, received by the receiving member. The first plate supports a surface of the elastic member on a side of the base member. The fixing member fixes the lower plate and the elastic member to the base member. The heat flow sensors, provided between the base member and the lower plate, output signals according to heat flowing between the lower plate and the base member. The heat flows due to heat generated or heat absorbed when the elastic member changes the elasticity shape thereof. Stress occurring when the elastic member deforms, is shut off by the first plate, thus direct transmission of the stress to the heat flow sensors is avoided.
