    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for drying electronic devices are disclosed. Embodiments include methods and apparatuses that heat and decrease pressure within the electronic device. Some embodiments increase and decrease pressure while adding heat. Other embodiments include a desiccator for removing moisture from the air being evacuated from the electronic device prior to the air reaching an evacuation pump. Further embodiments detect humidity within the low-pressure chamber and determine when to increase and/or decrease pressure based on the humidity. Still further embodiments determine that the device is sufficiently dry to restore proper function based on the detected humidity, and in some embodiments based on the changes in humidity while pressure is being increased and/or decreased. Still further alternate embodiments automatically control some or all aspects of the drying of the electronic device. Additional embodiment disinfect the electronic device.

The apparatus is for drying plant material comprising: an air preconditioning system for producing a processed air supply, a drying bin having first and second end and a bin chamber to operably receive the plant material, said bin forming a part of an airflow pathway; data sensors proximate the bin; air controls; and an airflow pathway operative to transport processed air supply through the plant material within the drying bin in either an up airflow or down airflow direction through the bin, wherein drying the plant material with said processed airflow.

A portion of the heated air is diverted to a secondary air path that leads away from the drum holding the article. The diverted portion is used to regenerate an area of the desiccant wheel. A secondary heating element is used to promote regeneration and located in the secondary air path.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for the continuous sublimation of a substance includes cascading a material containing a substance capable of sublimation, such as water, between a plurality of trays vertically stacked within a processing zone provided within a processing chamber. A substantially atmospheric environment is maintained within the processing zone at a temperature whereby the substance sublimes forming a sublimate within the environment.     摘要: An apparatus for removing moisture from an electronic device includes a desiccant-filled container within a collapsible, standup bag. The container includes openings for allowing fluid flow communication between the desiccant and the surrounding atmosphere. The desiccant-filled container may further include a cradle for vertically supporting the electronic device during the moisture removal process. Since the bag is capable of standing up, nearly every surface of the electronic device supported on the container is exposed to the moisture absorbing desiccant material, which increases the efficiency of moisture removal from the electronic device sealed therein. A visual display on the bag indicates the moisture content absorbed by the desiccant-filled container, thereby allowing the user to know when it is safe to remove the electronic device from the resealable bag.
