摘要: A cryocooler diagnostic system includes a cryocooler including a pressure sensor that measures a pressure inside the cryocooler, a calculation processing device configured to receive a measured pressure waveform indicating the pressure inside the cryocooler measured by the pressure sensor, and calculate an amplitude of a drive frequency of the cryocooler or of a frequency component that is an integer multiple of the drive frequency from the measured pressure waveform, and a diagnostic device configured to receive the amplitude calculated by the calculation processing device and diagnose the cryocooler based on the amplitude.

The refrigeration system further includes a pressure exchanger (PX) including a first PX inlet fluidly coupled to the heat exchanger outlet, a first PX outlet fluidly coupled to the heat exchanger inlet, a second PX inlet fluidly coupled to the evaporator outlet, and a second PX outlet fluidly coupled to the evaporator inlet.

摘要: A dynamic receiver is included in parallel to an expander of a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) system. The dynamic receiver allows control of the refrigerant charge of the HVACR system to respond to different operating conditions. The dynamic receiver can be filled or emptied in response to the subcooling observed in the HVACR system compared to desired subcooling for various operating modes. The HVACR system can include a line directly conveying working fluid from compressor discharge to the dynamic receiver to allow emptying of the dynamic receiver to be assisted by injection of the compressor discharge.

摘要: A cooling device that can maintain or improve a cooling ability without being affected by fluctuation in an ambient temperature. Gas is supplied to a cooling target to cool the cooling target. A cooling device includes a cooling gas including gas having thermal conductivity higher than the thermal conductivity of the air, a partition wall that closes and stores the cooling target and the cooling gas and is capable of circulating the cooling gas, a cooling section that cools and circulates the cooling gas, a pressure determining section that determines the pressure of the cooling gas, and a cooling control section that controls the cooling section. The cooling control section causes the cooling section to change the pressure of the cooling gas and/or change the circulation speed of the cooling gas on the basis of a result of the determination of the pressure determining section.

摘要: A system and method are disclosed for relieving high pressure within an HVAC system. A bypass line is provided that can direct refrigerant away from an expansion device within the HVAC system. The bypass line then returns the refrigerant to the HVAC system. Other locations of bypass lines can be used as well. A controller for the HVAC system can control access to the bypass line and measure pressure within the system.
