    摘要: A circulating fluidized bed boiler includes a rectangular furnace, which is horizontally enclosed by sidewalls, for combusting fuel and combustion gas and generating a stream of flue gas and particles. The sidewalls include first and second short sidewalls and first and second long sidewalls. Multiple particle separators are arranged on the side of each of the first and second long sidewalls for separating particles from the stream of flue gas and particles discharged from the furnace. Each of the particle separators includes a vertical gas outlet tube for discharging cleaned flue gas from the particle separator. A back pass arranged on the side of the second short sidewall of the furnace is horizontally enclosed by back pass walls. A horizontally extending cross over duct system is directly connected to the vertical gas outlet tubes of the particle separators for conducting the cleaned flue gas to the back pass.

    摘要: A description is given of a heat treatment apparatus, such as a preheater or calciner (1) for heat treating cement raw materials, said heat treatment apparatus comprising a heat treatment compartment being defined by a metal casing (5), which may have on its inner side layers of refractory lining material (3) and insulation material (4). The apparatus is peculiar in that the metal casing (5) is provided with an external insulation (6) comprising an innermost insulation layer (6a) and at least one outer insulation layers (6b), each insulation layer (6a, 6b) comprising a number of shield elements (7) having a top end (8) and a bottom end (9), where the insulation layers are arranged at different distances from the metal casing (5), thus providing an inner air space (11) between the innermost insulation layer (6a) and the metal casing (5) and at least one outer air space (10) between the innermost insulation layer (6a) and an outer insulation layer (6b), where the metal casing (5) furthermore is provided with a bottom element (17) being connected to and extending outwards from the metal casing (5) at a distance below the bottom end (9) of the innermost insulation layer (6a), thus providing an opening (18) between the inner and outer air spaces (11, 10), where at least one of the outer insulation layers is connected to the bottom element (17) at its bottom end (9).Hence it will be possible to obtain a heat treatment apparatus, which may be better internally insulated to reduce the energy loss, while at the same time the metal casing temperature may be regulated both to avoid overheating and corrosion problems. The corrosion problems are avoided by preheating the air in an outer air space before it enters the inner air space, thus ensuring that the metal casing temperature is kept above the critical dew point temperature, where the acids do not condensate on the inner side of the metal casing but will be part of the gas stream leaving the heat treatment apparatus, whereas overheating of the metal casing is avoided by way of the heat exchange taking place between the heated air flowing in the inner air space and the air flowing in the outer air space, where the latter thus being preheated.

    摘要: A whirlwind-type oxidation combustion apparatus for processing semiconductor fabrication exhaust gas is disclosed. An inlet head is set on the top of an exhaust gas processing tank. An exhaust gas passage is set inside the inlet head and connected to an external exhaust gas supply terminal and the exhaust gas processing tank, for guiding the exhaust gas into the exhaust gas processing tank. An ignition chamber is formed between two partitions outside the exhaust gas passage. The two partitions have multiple inclined holes interconnecting an external combustion gas supply terminal, the ignition chamber, and the exhaust gas processing tank. The inclined holes guide a combustion gas to swirl into the exhaust gas processing tank through the ignition chamber. An igniter in the ignition chamber ignites the combustion gas to form a vortex flame which burns the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas is further caused to swirl onto a water screen.
