    Abstract: A valve system for controlling a corrosive process liquid flow, while avoiding corrosion due to a liquid/vapor interface of the process liquid, causes the process liquid to flow from the valve through a purge port into a vertical segment of a purge line. During valve initialization, a non-reactive gas backpressure within the purge line is controlled to establish the liquid/vapor interface at a desired height within the vertical segment, as determined by an interface level sensor, which can be ultrasonic. The vertical segment is constructed from, or lined with, a material that can withstand contact with the liquid/vapor interface. During valve operation, the non-reactive gas pressure can continue to be regulated, or a purge valve can be shut, trapping a fixed quantity of the non-reactive gas within the purge line. The valve can include a heater configured to prevent a molten process liquid from solidifying within the valve.

    Abstract: A buffer valve is installed on a pneumatic diaphragm valve. An inner flow channel of the buffer valve includes an inner micro gas hole, an inner chamber, an outer gas hole, and a floating ball. The buffer valve has functions with a high-filling action, a shielding action, a releasing action, a shielding time Δt, and an adjusting mechanism. When inflatable, the floating ball will not block the inner micro hole to be quickly filled with high-pressure gas. when gas discharge, the floating ball will move to the outer gas hole with the gas flow and produce the shielding action to reduce the discharge rate to reduce the vibration and slow down the approach speed of the diaphragm to reduce the impact against the valve seat. When the pressure of the gas decreases, the floating ball is separated from the outer gas hole by the releasing action to accelerate the discharge.

    Abstract: A pressure control butterfly valve includes a valve disc rotatable in a vertical direction relative to a flow passage in a body, a seat ring reciprocating in a direction of the flow passage to allow a valve seat seal part to abut on and separate from the valve disc, and a valve opening/closing mechanism provided with an airflow path to which air is supplied in a direction of separating the seat ring from the valve disc and with a spring for biasing the seat ring toward the valve disc.     Abstract: A ceramic valve core assembly including a movable valve plate which is rotatable and slidably attached on a fixed valve plate, the fixed valve plate has a first cold water inlet, a first hot water inlet, and a first water outlet. The movable valve plate has a first water inlet and a second water outlet in communication with the first water outlet. The first water inlet includes a filter mounting cavity and a water mixing cavity in communication with each another.     Abstract: A valve for enabling communication between a first pressure and a second pressure including a piston member arranged in a housing. The piston member is movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration for selectively enabling communication between the first and second pressures. A control assembly is included for moving the valve to the open configuration.
