摘要: The present invention relates to an air conditioning device having a waterproof function, and includes a ventilation pipe whose lower end is coupled to a peripheral surface of a vent of an object at the outside of the object so as to communicate with an inner space of the object, a perforated pipe which is installed to be erected on a flat outer surface of the object in parallel with the ventilation pipe, a duct which is connected between an upper end of the ventilation pipe and an upper end of the perforated pipe such that the ventilation pipe and the perforated pipe communicate with each other, and a floating body which is positioned in the inner space of the perforated pipe and vertically moves in the inner space of the perforated pipe according to the amount of water flowing in through holes of the perforated pipe. A connection part between the perforated pipe and the duct is opened or sealed by means of vertical movement of the floating body such that the inner space of the object is ventilated with outside air through the ventilation pipe or the inner space of the object is closed.

摘要: An air pipe head having a housing bounding a venting channel and a chamber. The venting channel has an end port opening downwards into the chamber. A float member is arranged in the chamber and guided for guided movement between an uppermost position closing off the end port and a lowermost position spaced below the end port. The chamber communicates with surroundings of the air pipe head via at least one side port. A downwardly facing surface portion of the float member in its lowermost position is shielded in substantially all lateral directions and an upper surface portion of the float member in its lowermost position is left exposed through said side port.

摘要: Disclosed is a multifunctional anti-surge three orifices air valve set, comprising a negative pressure admitting valve (1), a small volumes release valve (2) and a mid-high rate venting valve (3) as well as a control isolating valve (4); the mid-high rate venting valve (3) is connected to the top of the negative pressure admitting valve (1) via aeration tube and the control valve, the two orifices being arranged separately rather than being common to each other, in order on the one hand to be selected individually to fulfill respectively the requirements for two different flow rates or speeds or calibers in a mid-high rate venting and a high-rate admitting, and on the other hand to conduct a composite admitting, at a negative pressure, of both flows of admitting air to complement each other; the independency of three orifices allows a high-speed admitting orifice and a small volumes air release orifice to combine and form a “macro-inject and micro-exhaust valve” or a “high-admitting and small-vent valve”, so that the valve set has the function of inhibiting the down-surge and up-surge due to column separation and rejoining cavity collapsing. The multi-function anti-surge three orifices air valve set has the function of the three orifices being independent of each other, the function of being able to be artificially turned off and then turned on, that is provided by the provision of a control isolating valve for the mid-high rate venting orifice, the function of combining the latter two functions to form a function with special effect, and the function of greatly reducing the high-rate discharge orifice.

摘要: A breather cap assembly is provided which is configured to be connected to a stand-tube used in a watering system. When the watering system is in normal operation, the breather cap assembly is configured to allow for air to flow between the outside the assembly and the stand-tube. The breather cap assembly also provides for structure which acts as a baffle to minimize the introduction of foreign material from outside the breather cap assembly into the stand-tube. When the watering system is in flushing operation, the breather cap assembly is configured to seal off the stand-tube in order to minimize the possibility of water leaving the stand-tube. The breather cap assembly further also provides for structure which acts as a baffle to collect and retain a majority of any water that does leave the stand-tube during a flushing operation.

摘要: A sealing and drainage device for a motor vehicle transmission is located in a wall approximately near the bottom of the transmission housing and includes a ball and a plate that encloses the ball in a bore through the housing wall. The plate has an opening on which the ball sits under normal operating conditions. During unexpected flooding conditions, water flows through the opening into the bore. The ball floats on the water such that as the water rises in the bore, the ball rises as well to the top of the bore to seal the bore from the interior of the housing, preventing water from flowing into the housing.

摘要: A device for accumulating, isolating, indicating and venting accumulated gas in a fluid system pipe includes a main pipe fitting affixed to a system pipe in which a hole has been drilled. A stand pipe attached to the pipe fitting houses a magnetic float. A magnetic-float level indicator exterior to the pipe and responsive to the magnetic float indicates the magnetic float's level. A valve attached to the stand pipe above the magnetic float allows controlled ventilation of the gas in the standpipe and thus in the piping system. Gas from the system pipe accumulates in the standpipe, removed from the primary fluid flow path of the system pipe. In the standpipe, as the liquid/gas interface drops, the float drops to a pre-determined level, at which point the user vents the gas from the piping system, causing the magnetic float to rise to a level indicating that gas is again at acceptable levels in the piping system.

摘要: Our valve device, which is used to purge air from a plumbing system, includes a unitary, elastomeric body comprising top wall, a circumferential wall connected to the top wall, and a housing with a cavity that is accessed through a pair of ports. A closure element is moveably disposed within the cavity and responds to fluid entering one port to close the other port. An adjustable strap detachably wrapped around an exterior of the circumferential wall holds our device securely to an open end of a riser conduit of the plumbing system during testing for leaks. The circumferential wall has at least two wall sections of different diameters to accommodate different sized conduits.
