摘要: A pressure relief valve for a two-phase immersion cooling system is configured to support fluid flow rates up to 500 cfm, 550 cfm, 600 cfm, or even 2000 cfm. This, in turn, allows the cooling system to support computing systems with a power density greater than 250 kW. This is accomplished by the valve having a relatively large passage (e.g., 2-6 inch diameter), a relatively large spring (e.g., 1.5-1.7 inch diameter), and a guide rod rigidly coupled to the poppet and slidably coupled to a guide plate. The valve may be used as an outlet valve and coupled to an adsorbent chamber to reduce the loss of coolant from the system as air is vented to an ambient environment. The valve may be used as an inlet valve and coupled to an adsorbent chamber to reduce the intake of water vapor as air from the ambient environment flows into the system.

摘要: A pressure relief valve for an inflatable device, and an inflatable pool including the pressure relief valve are provided. The pressure relief valve includes: a valve seat configured to connect to the inflatable device; and a valve body. The valve body is disposed at least partially within the valve seat and includes a valve shell, comprising a vent hole therein, and a valve diaphragm arranged at a bottom of the valve shell. The valve diaphragm is moveable between a closed position in which the vent hole is closed and an open position in which the vent hole is open. The valve body further includes a spring and a valve diaphragm fixing part arranged around the vent hole. The valve shell and the valve diaphragm fixing part are connected to each other, and the spring is biased to push the valve diaphragm into the closed position.

摘要: A battery pack includes: a battery cell; a pack case that accommodates the battery cell and that is provided with an opening; and a valve structure provided to open and close the opening. The valve structure includes a valve member having a valve body portion fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the opening, and a biasing member provided inside the pack case. When an internal pressure of the pack case is increased, the valve member is moved to an outer side of the pack case so as to form a clearance between an outer peripheral surface of the valve body portion and the inner peripheral surface of the opening, and the biasing member biases the valve member toward an inner side of the pack case.

摘要: An adjustable blowdown safety valve is provided for use on a pressure vessel or a flow line with a pressurized fluid therein. In the preferred embodiment, the adjustable blowdown safety valve comprises a body with a closed bonnet and a chamber therein and an inlet and an outlet; the inlet including a valve seat; a disk member with an attached stem member closable on the valve seat; a mechanism in the body biasing the disk member to rest on the valve seat; a guide member supported in the bonnet to guide and limit disk member movement; and a skirt member affixed to the body, which surrounds the disk member and defines a uniform flow area in combination with a blowdown ring. The presented adjustable blowdown safety valve has improvements, which remove detriments to disk member movement, resulting in an adjustable blowdown safety valve with predictable performance and improved reliability.

摘要: Provide is a relief valve in which the flexibility of an attaching position is higher than a conventional relief valve. In the relief valve of the present invention, a discharge hole for discharging a fluid is arranged on a side surface of a cylindrical portion which protrudes from an end surface of a head portion in a bolt-type valve body. A direction change member which changes a direction in which the discharge hole is open to an arbitrary direction is provided. In this way, the relief valve is attached to a fluid device, and then with the direction change member, it is possible to direct the fluid discharge direction to a desired direction, and accordingly, the flexibility of the attaching position of the relief valve is enhanced as compared with the conventional relief valve.
