    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a limited-slip driveline apparatus including a first driveline component that is rotatable relative to a second driveline component. The driveline apparatus also includes a clutch configured to resist relative rotation between the first driveline component and the second driveline component at least when the clutch is actuated. The driveline apparatus further includes an actuation arrangement for actuating the clutch. The actuation arrangement includes a hydraulic pump that pumps hydraulic fluid through a hydraulic circuit when relative rotation exists between the first and second driveline components. The hydraulic pressure generated by the hydraulic pump within the hydraulic circuit is used to actuate the clutch. The actuation arrangement also includes a flow regulating valve for regulating a hydraulic fluid flow rate through the hydraulic circuit. The flow regulating valve is configured to prevent the hydraulic fluid flow rate from exceeding a set maximum flow rate regardless of a magnitude of the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic circuit.

    摘要: A differential carrier is disclosed containing sideshaft gears supported in the carrier so as to be coaxially rotatable around a longitudinal axis (A). Differential gears are supported in the carrier on axes of rotation (R) positioned radially relative to the longitudinal axis (A) and have teeth engaging those of the sideshaft gears, and a multi-plate coupling in the carrier to extend coaxially relative to the axis. The carrier includes a flange to which a ring gear can be bolted, and is formed of a dish-shaped part with a base and an integrally formed-on flange and a cover which is axially fixed by an annular securing element. The multi-plate coupling and the cover are positioned in the carrier on the side located opposite the flange and the base.

    摘要: In a vehicular driving force distribution system, an oil pump which produces a hydraulic pressure for operating a torque distribution mechanism is driven, via gears and a rotating shaft, by the rotation of a differential case of a differential device. Therefore, regardless of the rotational condition of right and left wheels, namely, even if one of the right and left wheels stops, the oil pump is driven by the driving force of the rotating differential case, thereby reliably operating the torque distribution mechanism. Also, a pump unit for housing the oil pump is supported on a partition wall that separates the differential device from the torque distribution mechanism, thereby easily supporting the oil pump.
