    摘要: A damper device includes first and second rotors, a first pre-damper, and a first main elastic member. The second rotor includes a hub and a flange. The first pre-damper elastically couples the hub and the flange in a rotational direction, and is actuated in a first range of torsion angle between the first and second rotors. The first main elastic member elastically couples the first and second rotors in the rotational direction, and is actuated in a greater second range of torsion angle. The first pre-damper includes first and second subordinate elastic members. The first subordinate elastic member is compressed in a neutral state, and urges the flange to a first side in the rotational direction with respect to the hub. The second subordinate elastic member is compressed in the neutral state, and urges the flange to a second side in the rotational direction with respect to the hub.

    摘要: A power transmission device includes a flywheel and a damper device. The flywheel includes a plurality of fixation holes. The damper device includes an input rotary member, an output rotary member, and a pair of first elastic members. The input rotary member and output rotary member each include a plurality of assembling holes disposed in corresponding positions to the plurality of fixation holes of the flywheel. The plurality of assembling holes are arranged in a circumferential direction such that two pairs of the assembling holes, each pair including two adjacent assembling holes, are each disposed at a larger interval than remaining assembling holes to produce a pair of accommodation spaces. A pair of first accommodation portions, accommodating the pair of first elastic members, is disposed radially outside the pair of accommodation spaces.

    摘要: A tensioning device is provided for tensioning a retractor in a wheelchair securement system. The tensioning device may include a clutch assembly for communicating rotational movement of a handle to a drive shaft operably connected to the spool of the retractor. The clutch assembly may include a pawl operably connected to the handle, which pawl communicates rotational movement of the handle to a drive sprocket. The clutch assembly may also include a friction member which communicates rotation of the drive sprocket to the drive shaft up to a predetermined amount of rotational force. If the rotational force exceeds the predetermined amount, the friction member will slip and cease to transfer rotational movement from the drive sprocket to the drive shaft. The clutch assembly may also include a compression member for compressing the friction member and drive sprocket whereby the predetermined amount of force may be adjusted.

    摘要: A two-stage stiffness driveshaft includes a hollow cylinder defined by a longitudinal axis, a first end, a distal second end, and a hollow cylinder stiffness. The driveshaft also includes an inner shaft extending through the hollow cylinder along the longitudinal axis and defined by a first end, a distal second end, and an inner shaft stiffness. The first end of the inner shaft is engaged with the first end of the hollow cylinder via a rotational clearance fit. The second end of the inner shaft is rotationally fixed to the second end of the hollow cylinder such that the first end of the inner shaft can twist to a predetermined angle with respect to the second end of the inner shaft. The inner shaft stiffness defines a first-stage stiffness of the driveshaft, and the inner shaft stiffness and the hollow cylinder stiffness together define a second-stage stiffness of the driveshaft.
