    摘要: A compressing diaphragm pump having abnormal pressure preventing features for spray use has a hollow tubular air discharge assembly having a plunger body and compressed spring as well as an air passage pierced at the wall of the water exit port and an air discharge orifice pierced of the central top surface of the air discharge assembly for connecting with the plunger body. When air is mixed within the pressurized water, the resilient force of the compressed spring is bigger than the water pressure of the pressurized water. This allows the air mixed in the pressurized water to get into the air passage and pass the plunger opening of the plunger body via through pore, and is dispelled out of the upper hood via the air discharge orifice of the air discharge assembly.

    摘要: The invention is directed to a fuel pump for an internal combustion engine such as a two-stroke engine in a portable handheld work apparatus such as a motor-driven chain saw or the like. A pump chamber is connected via a suction valve to a fuel feed and via a pressure valve to a pressure line. A pump membrane delimits the pump chamber and is driven by the fluctuating crankcase pressure of the engine which is present in the work chamber. Pump operation free of disturbances over a wide rpm range is attained with the suction valve to the pump chamber being configured essentially as a valve having the shape of a part circle, The pressure valve is disposed approximately at the center of the suction valve and delimits the pump chamber in the stroke direction of the pump membrane.

To render such a reciprocating pump self-cleaning, it is suggested to arrange the intake chamber (7), pressure chamber (2), and the pressure chamber (8) side by side in a horizontal or only slightly declining plane, to arrange the check valves (9, 10, 11, 12) side by side in the same horizontal or slightly declining plane, and to have the pressure socket (20) empty on the bottom side of the pressure chamber. In addition, the intake socket (19) empties suitably from below, vertically or at least steeply rising, into the intake chamber. This design ensures that the paths within the pump extend essentially horizontally or only slightly upwardly, so that any solid particles which have proceeded into the pump housing can be carried out of the pump again.

    摘要: A reciprocating adjustable stroke positive displacement fluid pump is provided with an expandable chamber driven in the displacement or feed direction by an eccentric drive acting through a driven member. The eccentric drive moves the expandable chamber to its limit of excursion in the displacement or feed direction. Adjustment means cooperating with stop means limits the excursion of the driven member and the expansion of the expandable chamber in the suction or intake direction so that the amount of fluid pumped is continuously adjustable from no volume to the capacity of the expandable chamber by positioning the stop means. The pump is further provided with means for driving a plurality of individually adjustable pumps from the same drive motor and with means for equalizing the load on the pump motor.
