    摘要: A self-moving tunnel support canopy includes front arch frame, rear arch frame, forward jack, and support jack disposed under the front arch frame. The front arch frame has front arch beams and front longitudinal beams longitudinally disposed along arch upper surfaces of front arch beams and coupled to all the front arch beams. The rear arch frame has rear arch beams and rear longitudinal beams longitudinally disposed along arch upper surfaces of the rear arch beams and coupled to all the rear arch beams. The front longitudinal beams and the rear arch beams are spacedly disposed, and a spacing is configured between the front arch beam and a front-adjacent rear arch beam. One end is coupled to the front arch frame, and the other end of the forward jack is coupled to the rear arch frame. The front arch beam and the rear arch beam are both arch-shaped beams.

The invention also relates to a structure and to a method for supporting and reinforcing an excavation.     摘要: A method and a structural element for the construction of a directionally flexible and watertight tunnel lining (1) or tunnel course (1), the method using pre-fabricated elements of concrete or sandwich structure (3, 4, 5; 73;73′). Interspace between such elements and extending transversely of the direction of the tunnel course or tunnel lining receives an interspace cast (14) using an outer flexible formwork (2) in the form of skirts (2′, 2″) attached to the outside of the elements (3, 4, 5; 73, 73′), and which through interconnection (11) thereof form a flexible, “bag-like” formwork (2) on the outside of the elements (3, 4, 5; 73, 73′). Together with conventional formwork (12) on the inside of the elements (3, 4, 5; 73, 73′) there is formed a defined cavity (13) which can be filled with injectable mass of concrete. After the concrete has hardened it will provide support to the installed elements (3, 4, 5; 73, 73′) as well as providing support relative to exposed surface portion of rock surface (10). The elements (3, 4, 5; 73, 73′) can be provided on the outside with a membrane (17). Further, the elements can be provided with injection paths (16) in order to at any time establish a completely watertight tunnel lining (1).

    摘要: In a composite arch structure of the type comprising an arched liner with compacted fill material or dense soil thereagainst to form a soil arch thereabout, means and a method to permit controlled settling of the liner so as to achieve load relief on the liner and a soil arch with improved load supporting capabilities. A foundation is provided for the liner comprising yielding footer means. The yielding of the footer means is controlled so that the liner settles at a desired rate relative to the adjacent compacted and consolidated fill material when a predetermined load on the liner is exceeded.
