A method for constructing a lining of a tunnel with the solidifiable fluid material involves, defining an interspace between the front segment of the sliding form and the wall of the tunnel, introducing the solidifiable fluid material into the interspace and, after hardening time, advancing the sliding form to form a new interspace and successive lining sections.

    摘要: A roller bracket having a base, a raising and lowering mechanism, a platform, and horizontal and vertical rollers. The base is attached to the vertical face of a starter wall at a level to provide a desired height for a concrete ceiling. With the platform in the raised position, the bottom edge of a tunnel form is lowered between the vertical roller and the starter wall onto the horizontal rollers. A wedge is driven between the vertical roller and the tunnel form to seal the tunnel form against the starter wall. After concrete has been poured, retained by the seal, and cured to form the concrete walls and ceiling, the mechanism can lower the platform to strip the tunnel form from the tunnel. The tunnel form can then be rolled away on the horizontal rollers while being retained on the horizontal rollers by the vertical roller and the starter wall.

    摘要: Shield tunnelling method and assembling and disassembling apparatus for use in practicing the method. A shield having shield jacks is actuated for drilling a hole in the ground. Inner forms and outer forms are assembled into a plurality of tubular units coaxially jointed in the hole so that an annular concrete lining space is defined between the inner forms and the outer forms, the tubular units having a leading tubular unit.The shield jacks are applied against inner forms of the leading tubular units for thrusting the shield during actuating of the shield to further drill the hole. A concrete is injected into the annular concrete lining space to form a concrete lining. The concrete lining within a predetermined length of tubular units is set for providing adhesion to the inner forms, in contact with the concrete lining, against a reaction force of the jack thrust for the shield. Inner forms of the tubular units, located behind the predetermined length of the tubular units, are disassembled from the associated outer forms so that the predetermined length of the concrete lining is remained covered with inner forms. The inner forms disassembled are reused in the assembling of inner forms and outer forms for assembling a new tubular unit in the hole just behind the shield.

    摘要: A collapsible concrete tunnel liner section formed from a number of arcuate segments each connected together by hinges to form a closed loop. In collapsed condition the segments are arranged in a compact stack having a cross section less in its maximum dimension than the internal diameter of the erected liner section. Typically the stack has the appearance of a figure 8, having upper and lower cavities. Air bags are located within these cavities and are expanded to expand the collapsed tunnel liner section into its erected condition. During the expansion the liner section passes through an oversized condition before assuming its final erected condition. This ensures stability for the erected liner section. After erection, grout or other filler material is inserted between the liner section and the wall of the tunnel.
