    摘要： A ventilation screed includes a base panel configured for attaching at a vertical wall structure. A first flange extends from the base panel and includes a first side and a second side. A second flange extends from the first side of the first flange and partially along the base panel. A third flange extends from the second flange along the first side of the first flange and spaced from the first flange. A terminal end of the third flange is spaced from the base panel. A spacing element is disposed at the second side of the first flange and includes a convex surface. With the base panel attached at the vertical wall structure, the convex surface is between the first flange and a horizontal surface perpendicular to the vertical wall structure and the convex surface flexes to accommodate movement of the horizontal surface relative to the ventilation screed.

    摘要： A wall bead (100) is provided for application to adjoining surfaces, typically at a corner of a wall, during coating thereof tin with plaster or other render material. The wall bead comprises a central longitudinally extending portion (102) having first and second longitudinal edges; first and second planar panels (104, 106) extending from the first and second edges respectively; and first and second connection portions (108, 110) extending from the first and second panels respectively. The first and second connection portions each comprise a plurality of teeth (114) protruding therefrom. The first and second panels (104, 106) each comprise a flexible mesh such that they are arranged to conform to a contour of a wall surface. The wall bead is adapted to be flexible to suit the needs of varying shapes, angles and surface profiles of a wall, while having a simple and robust attachment mechanism.

    摘要： Stucco cracks at doors and windows are reduced or eliminated by use of a corner element fastened at a corner juncture before stucco coats are applied. The disclosed corner element spreads out or evenly dissipates differential movement or buckling often occurring at exterior corner junctures. The corner element may comprise various concentric circle attributes useful in stopping or reducing cracks in stucco and related building materials. The corner element embodiments may be secured at widow and door corner areas and then integrated with traditional stucco applications.

    摘要： A re-moistenable adhesive-coated drywall corner trim piece having an elongated semi-rigid core piece with a right and left flange, where the semi-rigid core piece has a centerline along which the flanges meet forming a hinge that can be bent and re-bent to any angle any number of times. The piece can also include a step running longitudinally along each of the flanges that can be located between the centerline and the flange edges so that the flanges change from a thicker portion toward the centerline to a thinner portion toward the edges making the piece boxable (capable of being wet mudded simultaneously on both sides without an intermediate drying step). Flanges can be curved slightly inward for perfect bonding.
