    摘要: An interlock connector interlocks building blocks that are assembled so as to provide a wall structure. The building blocks have respective front surfaces for defining a front façade of the wall structure and respective rear surfaces with at least one respective horizontal groove. The interlock connector comprises first and second bodies. The first body is inserted in the rear surface horizontal groove of a first building block. The second body is inserted in the rear surface horizontal groove of a second building block adjacent the first building block. Insertion of the first and second bodies in the respective rear surface horizontal grooves of the first and second building blocks provides for interlocking the first and second building blocks.

    摘要: A plurality of adjacent, aligned, shaped hollow uniform building components, each having four separate distinct key channels are assembled together with a plurality of friction fitting locking keys to accomplish at least three separate distinct locks which become uniform whole friction fitting structural buildings upon alignment of like side surfaces or like end surfaces of uniform building components, together with friction fitting insertion and alignment of one of four separate and distinct shaped uniform bridge keys, then friction fit insertion of the primary locking keys into and through the primary key channels of adjacent and/or abutting uniform building components and uniform bridge keys, thereby rapidly achieving the primary lock and key joint, being the primary finished bonded joint and the primary lock of this invention. The second and third separate distinct locks of this invention are accomplished using corner locking keys to achieve the corner lock and/or center bore hole locking keys to achieve the center bore hole lock. The interior or exterior of a friction fitting structural building is enhanced with other components, including transverse locking keys to form a transverse lock, and key channels may also contain building improvement components.

    摘要: A modular foam construction system utilizes polystyrene materials and consists of a set of building panels, of predetermined shape, which are configured to define a structure when the panels are arranged and aligned together in accord with a plan or set of instructions. Panels are locked together by coupling together a set of predefined interlock slots, formed into each panel at particular locations, with a set of corresponding interlock keys configured for friction fit insertion into the juxtaposed interlock slots. The keys are oversized to promote a binding surface friction fit between slot and key and both keys and slots are formed with angled sides to promote a pulling force directed towards the bottom of a slot to promote and increase a surface friction fit between slot and key along the slot bottom surface.

    摘要: A concrete masonry ("CM") block wall cladding using specially configured CM veneer blocks is applied to a substrate wall such as the exterior wall of a building. Horizontally extending support means are mounted on the substrate wall(s) and a plurality of elongated battens are secured to the substrate wall at laterally spaced intervals and extending vertically above such horizontally extending support means; a plurality of CM veneer blocks are vertically supported by the horizontally extending support means with portions of the CM blocks being secured to adjacent laterally spaced battens, thereby mounting the CM veneer blocks on the substrate wall to form a CM veneer block wall cladding. A multi-story CM block veneer wall cladding construction for a multi-story building may be similarly constructed by using a plurality of horizontally extending support means mounted on the substrate wall at vertically spaced invervals so as to support a section of the CM block wall cladding of suitable height. The CM veneer blocks are configured and sized so that they can be made in a conventional CM casting machine with suitably modified molds. Various preferred configurations of such CM veneer blocks are provided so that the blocks may be cut by workmen in the field to one of a number of different lengths for installation on substrate wall sections which do not conform to established modular sizes. A variety of preferred configurations of inside and outside CM corner veneer blocks are also provided. A variety of battens are provided for mounting the CM veneer blocks on substrate walls. The CM veneer blocks and the wall cladding system are designed so that CM veneer block wall cladding can be constructed by unskilled workers rather than requiring skilled masons or other costly artisans. The CM veneer block wall cladding and CM blocks for same can be used to retrofit to existing walls as well as to apply them to new walls.
