    摘要: A building panel is provided. The building panel includes an exterior wall portion, an interior wall portion, a pair of opposing sidewalls, a first end portion and an opposite second end portion. The pair of opposing sidewalls spacing apart the interior wall portion from the exterior wall portion to define a cavity therebetween. The exterior wall portion, the interior wall portion and the pair of opposing sidewalls are arcuate in shape to define the building panel. The first end portion has a slip lock slot extending between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The second end portion has a slip lock tab member extending between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The slip lock slot of the building panel is configured to receive the slip lock tab member of a second building panel to adjoin the first and second building panels in a continuous fashion.

The length and width of the building correspond to the basic size or to a multiple of this basic size. In buildings with at least two stories, in particular in a building complex, the building has at its bottom side at least one support that supports the building with formation of a venting space between the ground and the building bottom side. The venting space is part of an air circulation flowing about the building.

    摘要: A customizable facility for manufacturing at least one product has at least one modular unit in communication with at least one central unit configured to provide utilities to the at least one modular unit. In some embodiments, the central unit(s) and modular unit(s) are positioned at least partially within a shell. Each modular unit can be a fermentation unit, a pre-viral unit, a post-viral unit, a utility space, a warehouse, a media buffer facility, an office, a personnel unit, or another unit. The modular units can be arranged to maximize a number of modular units within the shell while minimizing a footprint of the shell. A method of assembling a facility for manufacturing at least one product includes providing at least one central unit and providing at least one modular unit in communication with the central unit(s) such that utilities are provided by the central unit(s) to the modular unit(s).

    摘要: A building is provided with integrated natural systems that reduce dependency on external resources to operate and maintain the building. A source of electricity is provided through an extensive set of solar panels that may be incorporated on louvers mounted to the exterior of the building. The building has a double insulative layer to include an outer airtight membrane or cover, and an internal building structure that defines habitable space within the structure. Rainwater may be collected and stored within a subsurface well. The space between the internal structure and outer membrane may support the growth of vegetation in a greenhouse environment. A flow of temperature regulated air is provided through the structure by a set of underground pipes in which the air is circulated through a central core of the building, into the habitable space, and then outward into the greenhouse space.
