摘要: An integrated construction panel is designed for use in the construction of modular buildings. The panel comprises a grid of structural studs made of fire-proof material bonded together by an adhesive with a high degree of elasticity. A rigid frame surrounds the grid and is attached to the end of the studs. The frame is adapted to mate with an adjacent similar panel. Front and rear wall members are attached to the frame to define a substantially enclosed space therewithin. A closed cell foam substantially fills the space to provide additional adhesion and distribute external loads throughout the panel.

摘要: A building construction of longitudinal and cross hollow components includes building unit bodies each of which consists of joggles, scarfs, extension paths and wiring holes, such that, after a plurality of such unit bodies are formed into a wall, it forms transverse penetrating wiring paths with a gradient and longitudinal paths to assure convenient wiring construction. It also has the advantages of fire-proofing, heat discharging, and prolongation of rescue time when the building is on fire.

摘要: A method and related apparatus for forming a sluiceway adjacent a wall and cement floor includes a sluiceway form made from a generally rectangular sheet of biodegradable material having a number of generally parallel fold lines to define a plurality of contiguous sluiceway panels disposed inwardly of opposite marginal portions of the sheet which are folded into face-to-face relation with each other to form an elongated sluiceway form having a body portion defined by the sluiceway panels and a tab defined by the marginal portions projecting from the body portion and extending along the entire length of the body portion. The sluiceway is formed by positioning the sluiceway form adjacent the wall with at least a part of the body portion below the level of the grade and the free edge of the tab extending in a generally parallel relation to the grade level. The tab is secured to the wall and the concrete floor is poured with the sluiceway form in position. The sluiceway form may be removed or left in place to disintegrate.

摘要: An improved construction system disclosed herein comprises a plurality of pre-engineered panalized or sectionalized building elements and units designed and prefabricated to include all of the basic services such as wiring, plumbing, ductwork, and the like, and materials in the form of framing structures with finished walls, flooring and ceilings adopted for ease of transport, assembly, disassembly and reassembly in accordance with flexible erection and construction processes. Each prefabricated panel or unit includes as an integral part of its structure a mechanical interconnection and interlocking means for fixedly joining each with one or more other panels along one or more preselected edge regions thereof. The interconnecting and interlocking mechanisms include a combination of architecturally sound arrangements of one or more connector plates, supporting and positioning blocks, girders or bearing plates and the like. These architecturally sound interconnecting and interlocking devices are pre-engineered and designed such that they are adaptable to meet the building code requirements of the specific community where the building is to be located. Each panel or unit is completed by having its exposed surfaces finished, and with the required utility service lines, such as wiring, plumbing, heating and the like, fashioned within the interior of the panels for mechanical, electrical and the like interconnections therebetween to provide a completely integrating utility service system when subsequently connected to incoming commercial utility supplies.
