摘要： A latex dipped article, particularly a fabric supported glove which is flexible and fatigue resistant, comprising a fabric liner, with a shape of a hand. The fabric liner is coated with a foam polymeric latex material which is then treated with an aqueous silicone or non-silicon based surface active agent to facilitate the formation of percolative surface structure through bursting of bubbles in the foam layer and stripped off the excess polymeric material. Then the stripped material is removed gently by exposing to a flowing fluid which further enhances the texture of the percolative coating that results an excellent grip in dry, wet and oil environments.

摘要： A polishing pad is provided with a compression elastic modulus of 0.17 MPa or more and 0.32 MPa or less produced by preparing a nonwoven fabric formed of bundles of ultrafine fibers with an average monofilament diameter of 3.0 μm or more and 8.0 μm or less, preparing a polishing pad base by impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a polyurethane based elastomer in an amount of 20 mass % or more and 50 mass % or less relative to the mass of the polishing pad base, and laminating the polishing pad base with a porous polyurethane layer containing wet-solidified polyurethane as primary component which has openings with an average opening diameter of 10 μm or more and 90 μm or less in its surface to serve as polishing surface layer.

摘要： A method for producing a coagulated article includes coagulating an aqueous urethane resin composition with an alcohol solvent having 2 to 6 carbon atoms. A coagulated article having excellent texture and having excellent texture can be obtained. Further, an alcohol solvent with the number of carbon atoms being small is used for a coagulating bath, which means that the burden on the environment is small. Therefore, a coagulated article obtained by the method can be advantageously used in producing gloves, a coating material, a simulated leather sheet, and the like. With respect to the alcohol solvent, from the viewpoint of achieving a further improvement in the texture of the coagulated article due to having high penetrating property into a resin-blended liquid and an isopropyl group having appropriate hydrophobicity, 2-propanol is preferably used.

摘要： Provided among other things is a method of forming a composite glove with a grip texture, comprising: (a) providing a coagulant-coated support layer that is a fabric layer or a polymeric layer; (b) dip applying to the support layer a foamed polymer dispersion comprising about 0.5% to about 2.0% by weight hygroscopic agent; (c) allowing a portion of the applied foamed polymer dispersion to coagulate based the coagulant diffusing from the support layer to form a partially coagulated foam layer; (d) washing the partially coagulated foam layer to remove uncoagulated polymer to form a coagulated foam layer; and (e) vulcanizing the coagulated foam layer to form a vulcanized open foam layer laminated to the support.

摘要： A copolymer latex which is useful in an adhesive composition, a paper coating composition, an adhesive composition for carpet lining and an adhesive composition for a rock fiber substrate is prepared by emulsion copolymerizing an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer and at least one other monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of a chain transfer agent and at least one compound having no copolymerizing reactivity selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons having 5 to 12 carbon atoms, halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons, five or six membered ring heterocyclic compounds, aliphatic ethers and aliphatic esters in an amount of 1 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a total amounts of the aliphatic conjugated diene monomer and the other monomer.
