The processes comprise at least a partial saponification of a mixture of an oil, often a natural oil which may be hydrogenated and/or metathesized, and a metal compound via a fusion process, or may comprise at least a partial saponification of a mixture of a similar oil and a metal compound, or optionally a fatty acid derived from a similar oil, via an aqueous process, with an optional addition of an inorganic metal salt via at least one ion exchange reaction.

The invention discloses skin cleansing product which includes glycerinated soap and hard soap which comprises sericin protein from Thai silk, as a main ingredient, admixed with various components in the soap mass. The present products are safe for use and help nourish the skin so as to smooth and soften the skin when used. The product does not cause irritation and therefore can be used for unisex and all ages.

Regarding a detergent made using fermentation technology and its production method, in a production process of soap, effective microorganisms (EM) and EM-X ceramic powder are added to enhance a saponification degree of fat, strengthen a cleaning power as well, and also to realize a detergent capable of proliferating effective microorganisms in sewage water after washing and cleaning the sewage water, and exhibit an effect as a water purification material after washing. On selecting microorganisms, as a living organism playing a starter role in an environmental purification process, in particular, effective microorganisms (EM) consisting mainly of facultative anaerobic lactic acid bacteria, yeast and photosynthetic bacteria and EM-X ceramic powder are introduced in a production process of soap, thereby, a treated material obtained according to the present invention exhibits an environmental purification effect as a substrate of benign microorganisms or a microorganism material.

The unit is constructed by burying a support body equipped with a connecting unit for connecting several cakes of solid soap into a soap body. As a result, a cake of desired soap can be selected from a consecutive connection of several bars of solid soap in a user's bathroom since each bar of soap is supported by the support body and the connecting unit of the support body is also provided at both ends of each bar of soap.

Solid soap such as framed or milled toilet soap, which is conventional in all aspects except that it contains as part of its composition 5 to 100 percent, based upon the weight of free fatty acid components, of at least one "bath oil." The solid soap composition is produced by first saponifying an appropriate fatty acid or mixture thereof in the usual way, solidifying the saponified material by cooling, extruding ribbons of solidified material, drying the extrudate, and then framing the dried extrudate into soap bars. The process hereof differs from this "usual" process in that bath oil, in whatever quantity is desired, is added to the liquid saponification mixture, rather than just prior to the framing step as in the prior art.
