    摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus (1, 21) for the production of a sparkling beverage comprising a container (2) for containing the sparkling beverage having inlet and outlet openings (9, 13) respectively, detection means (3) of the level or of the weight of the sparkling beverage contained in the container (2), a displacement pump (4) located upstream of the container (2) for feeding a given liquid ingredient or mixture of liquid ingredients therein, means apt to permit the inflation of at least one given food-grade gas or mixture of food-grade gases in the container (2), at least one suction duct (7) in communication with the displacement pump (4), a delivery duct (8) extending between the displacement pump and the container (2), and injection means (6) for the injection of the liquid ingredient or of the mixture of liquid ingredients in the container (2).

    摘要： A multifunctional pure water maker includes a main body and a reverse osmosis module. The main body includes a base portion and a column extending from the base portion. A water container is removably placed on the base portion. A control cap is pivotally attached to the column and includes a compartment in an underside thereof. An outlet pipe is mounted in the control cap and has an end communicated with the reverse osmosis module. Water purified by the reverse osmosis module flows through the other end of the outlet pipe into the water container when the control cap is in a closed position covering an opening of the water container. A limit switch is mounted in the control cap such that the reverse osmosis module is activated to proceed with production of pure water when the control cap is moved to the closed position and that the reverse osmosis module is deactivated when the control cap is moved to an open position.

The apparatus also includes means for bypassing a portion of the beer from the cooling coils so that a part of the beer is cooled to a non-foaming temperature and a portion of the beer is at a foaming temperature. The two portions are mixed into a mixture that forms a head on the liquid received in a beer mug or pitcher.
