    摘要: A fluidically actuatable disk brake system includes brake cylinder pairs each including brake cylinders arranged on both sides of a brake disk in at least one brake caliper. Each brake cylinder includes a brake piston and a spring arrangement which applies a spring force toward the brake disk. First and second fluid connections are provided on the brake cylinder. The first and second fluid connections supply a fluid to the brake cylinder so that a force counteracting the spring force is applied to the brake piston. A 2/2-way valve is assigned either to the first or second fluid connection of first brake cylinders of a brake cylinder pair. The first or second fluid connection which is not assigned to the 2/2-way valve is fluidically connected to the respective other first or second fluid connection of a second brake cylinder of the brake cylinder pair.

    摘要: The utility model relates to a pneumatic brake release apparatus used on an elevator traction machine, which includes an air cabin, an air storage tank, air delivery pipes, air films, a push rod and air control apparatuses, wherein the air films are arranged at two sides in the air cabin, one end of the push rod is connected to the air films, the other end of the push rod penetrates through the outer wall of the air cabin and is connected with the upper end of a locking arm, an intermediate air cabin of the air cabin is provided with an intermediate air inlet end and an intermediate air outlet end, a film-anterior air cabin of the air cabin is provided with a film-anterior air inlet end, the intermediate air inlet end and the film-anterior air inlet end of the air cabin are respectively connected with the air storage tank by virtue of the air delivery pipes, and the intermediate air outlet end is directly communicated with the atmosphere. By means of the technical solution, the air films in the air cabin are pushed by using compressed air to drive the push rod to transfer a thrust force, so that the locking arms are unfolded, and the locking brake and the brake release are implemented in a pneumatic way. Therefore, the problems in the prior art that a great amount of electric energy is consumed and the noise is difficult to eliminate can be solved, no noise is generated during operation, the safety is high, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

The winch drum braking system has a first brake having a first brake lining, located adjacent to the winch drum, and a first three-ring ratchet linkage system connected to the first brake lining. The first three-ring ratchet linkage system is rotatable and adapted to move the first brake lining to a first position or a second position with respect to the outer surface of the winch drum. In the first position, the first brake lining contacts the outer surface of the winch drum to apply break force thereon, and, in the second position, the first brake lining is separated from the winch drum.

A brake is located within the engine stand and is protected by the casing.
