    摘要: The invention relates to a load cell for measuring the tension in a supporting cable of a lifting apparatus, the load cell comprising a first body which is in mechanical contact with a supporting structure of the lifting apparatus, a second body which is in mechanical contact with supporting means of the lifting apparatus, and connection means such as a ball-and-socket joint which mechanically couples one end of the first body to the corresponding end of the second body. Deformation measuring means are used to measure the deformation caused by the exertion of force by the second body of the cell on the first body when the load cell is subjected to compression forces.

    摘要: A rope load detecting device for detecting total rope load in multiple elevator ropes, includes a frame held on the multiple elevator ropes, and a force sensing element. The frame includes a tension beam, a first and second connecting bars, a movable member and a supporting beam, one end of the first and second connecting bars is fixed to the tension beam, the other end is fixed to the supporting beam, one end of the movable member is connected to the tension beam, the other end freely passes the supporting beam. The frame is configured to enable the part of each elevator rope passing through the first and second connecting bars and the movable member of the frame to be bent so that enable the force caused by each loaded elevator rope to act on the force sensing element by means of the movable member of the frame, whereby the total rope load in multiple elevator ropes can be detected by a single force sensing element.

    摘要: A load carrying and measuring apparatus for cable elevators includes a support construction attached to an underside of a base frame or a carrier frame for an elevator car and a pair of cable rollers attached below the support construction for engaging a support cable. A resilient element attaches at least one of the cable rollers to the support construction whereby the resilient element is deformed by load-dependent cable forces acting through the cable roller. A sensor detects the deformation of the resilient element and sends a signal to the elevator control. A resilient isolating element can be connected between the support construction the base frame or the carrier frame.

    摘要: A procedure and apparatus for the measurement of elevator load uses a load measuring apparatus. The elevator comprises an elevator car (17) travelling along guide rails (2) in an elevator shaft, a counter-weight (20), a hoisting machinery (18, 19), a control unit, and hoisting ropes (11) attached at least by one end to an anchorage (21) in the elevator shaft. The load measuring apparatus (16) comprises a strain gauge (15) which outputs an electric signal corresponding to the load. The load measuring apparatus (16) is attached in conjunction with the anchorage (21) of the hoisting rope ends to a fixed place in the elevator shaft.

    摘要: Armature current I.sub.ARM is used to dynamically recalibrate the elevator loadweighing system, thereby eliminating errors in the load (% LOAD) reported from the loadweighing system which are a linear function of the actual weight. Errors in the load (% LOAD) reported from the loadweighing system which are a nonlinear function of the actual weight are minimized by sampled % LOAD values and corresponding actual weight values (% WGT), then mapping sampled % LOAD values to the corresponding % WGT values and providing the % WGT values to the drive instead of the received % LOAD values.

    摘要: The load measuring apparatus is arranged at an elevator car and detects the car load brought about by passengers and/or goods transported by the elevator car. An upper crossbeam together with vertically extending supports and a lower crossbeam forms a support frame suspended at traction cables and moves within an elevator shaft along suitable guide rails. A floor frame mounted on isolation pads at the lower crossbeam carries the elevator car. At the roof of the elevator car there is centrally arranged a reference plate member which is part of the load measuring apparatus. A proximity sensor centrally arranged at the upper crossbeam has a predetermined frontal spacing from the reference plate member in the no-load condition of the elevator car. When the elevator car carries a load this predetermined frontal spacing increases as a function of compression of the isolation pads. The proximity sensor then generates an electrical signal or potential which is dependent upon the momentarily prevailing frontal spacing of the sensor from the reference plate member.
