摘要： A sheet feeder comprises a feed deck for supporting a stack of sheets (65) to be fed. The feed deck may be formed by a bed of freely spinning rollers. A feed block (62) comprises a friction pad (66) that projects from the bottom of the feed block (62) towards a drive belt (42) to define a gate therebetween. The drive belt (42) frictionally engages the underside of a bottom sheet of the stack (65) and urges the sheet towards the gate. The feed block (62) comprises a front face (72) immediately upstream from the gate, which is inclined at a sharp angle to the feed direction. The friction pad (66) comprises a lower face that is substantially parallel to the feed direction and does not intersect the plane of the feed block front face (72).

摘要： A production system with an apparatus serving as feeding conveyor is disclosed. The apparatus is designed to convey sheet-like goods, i.e. sheet-like intermediate layers, to be positioned underneath or between primarily flat food products, the apparatus comprising a counter-bearing arranged to directionally guide the goods to be conveyed. Moreover, at least one movable driving belt is arranged in the direction of transportation (T) parallel to the counter-bearing to carry on the goods to be conveyed. The driving belt presses the goods placed therebetween against the counter-bearing so that the conveyed goods are chucked between the counter-bearing and the driving belt. The counter-bearing is either magnetic or magnetizable, and the movable driving belt includes magnetizable elements so as to increase the frictional engagement between the driving belt and the goods to be conveyed.

Driven roller bearings (104a, 104b) support an intermediate transfer belt driven roller (103). The intermediate transfer belt driven roller (103) is movable in a thrust direction. Ends of the intermediate transfer belt driven roller (101) and the intermediate transfer belt driven roller (103) interfere with a bead (107) so as to restrict a deflection of the intermediate transfer belt in the thrust direction. The intermediate transfer belt driven roller (103) is movable in the thrust direction against a deflection of the intermediate transfer belt (102).

摘要： A device for singulating overlapping flat mailings in an upright position in a path of travel has several singulating sections arranged along the path of travel. Each singulating section has conveyor belts spaced apart from each other and above each other and transporting the mailings. At an opposite side of the path of travel, each singulating section has retaining elements acting on the mailings with a friction force and at a height between the conveyor belts. A speed of travel of the conveyor belts in each singulating section is higher than the speed of travel of the conveyor belts of the respective singulating section upstream in the direction of travel. Further, individually mounted deflection rollers of the conveyor belts of both adjacent singulating sections are arranged at different heights along a common axis at each transition between the singulating sections.

摘要： An ATM includes a currency note dispenser having a currency cassette, a note picker, a note transporter, and a note presenter. A cassette tambour door automatically opens during insertion of the cassette into the dispenser. The picker can pick notes through the opening. A spring loaded housing wall tab retains the picker shaft in mating connection with a drive pin. The transporter can move notes vertically and horizontally. The transporter includes belts between an idle shaft and a drive shaft. The idle shaft is vertically movable relative to a drive shaft to maintain belt tension. The transporter also includes convexly tapered rollers that automatically recenter a loose belt. A presenter gate is at a note dispensing outlet of the ATM. The gate is opened by actuating a lever linked with an arm connected to the gate. The gate opens by moving a pin upward in an angled slot.
