Abstract:
A spliced storage box and a splicing structure between adjacent side panels of the spliced storage box are provided. The splicing structure comprises two side panels, a post, and a pressing strip. A side of the post comprises a notch, each corner of two sides of the notch comprises a first positioning edge and a second positioning edge intersecting the first positioning edge. Side edges, which are adjacent to each other, of the two side panels each bend and define a first abutting edge and a second abutting edge. The first abutting edge is disposed at an outer end of a respective one of the two side panels, and the first abutting edge and the second abutting edge respectively abut the first positioning edge and the second positioning edge. The pressing strip is connected to the post and is pressed to the first abutting edges of the two side panels.
Abstract:
A packing case includes a body part having a quadrangular section and a bottom part for closing a lower opening of the body part. The body part includes first to fourth side plates forming sides of the quadrangle, and first to fourth bottom plate pieces are respectively connected to lower end parts of the first to fourth side plates via fold lines. The bottom part is configured by allowing the first to fourth bottom plate pieces folded to a side of the lower opening along the fold lines to be integrally engaged with one another and to be connected with one another, and at least one support piece, which is able to assemble support body that support an object to be packed, is connected to at least one of the first to fourth bottom plate pieces.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a carton structure, comprising: a confined body portion having four side wall portions formed by four rectangular boards, and bending portions formed between the side wall portions; a top cover at top of the confined body portion and configured to match therewith; a bottom cover at bottom of the confined body portion and configured to match therewith; wherein at least two supporting members attached onto surfaces of the bending portions; two upper and lower areas at outer surfaces of the side wall portions adjacent to the bending portions are formed of at least two openings and two folding portions correspondingly; the openings and the folding portions are connected to each other; and the folding portions can be pushed and bent toward outer surface of the supporting members in order to reach inner surface of the supporting members to be further secured onto the supporting members.
Abstract:
A packaging box, cutouts, method and device for producing corrugated cardboard boxes comprising walls, a base (6) and a cover (7), the inner face of the base being provided with at least two recesses (33) and the cover comprising at least two tabs (38) adhered to the upper face thereof, directly above the recesses of complementary shape. The recesses and/or the tabs are situated fully inside the corresponding face or faces (31, 32).
Abstract:
A modular packaging system for shipping and displaying palletized products is provided. The packaging system comprises a plurality of vertically stacked trays for holding the products and corner posts extending between vertically adjacent trays for spacing and supporting the trays. The corner posts and trays are locked together in a number of ways to strengthen and stabilize the system. The system is strong enough not only to support the weight of the products on the trays and withstand the vibration and impact forces that can occur during shipping, but to withstand the weight of one or more units stacked on top.
Abstract:
A product tray insert that helps hold a vertical post in place is provided. The insert is placed within a product tray and has upwardly folding retaining flaps that capture the bottoms of the vertical posts between the flaps and a side of the tray. The tray insert is particularly useful for packaging systems that do not have a large rectilinear product to fit the posts against and that do not hold the posts at their ends.
Abstract:
A modular packaging system for shipping and displaying palletized products comprising vertically stacked trays for holding the products, formed tubular spacer sleeves located over openings in each tray such that their hollow interiors communicate with the openings, and support posts inserted inside the spacer sleeves and through the tray openings to lock the trays together. The system is strong enough not only to support the weight of the products on the trays and withstand the vibration and impact forces that can occur during shipping, but to withstand the weight of one or more units stacked on top.
Abstract:
A tote box is disclosed which incorporates a box, four corner enhancers and a multiple piece top rail secured over the top edge of the erected walls of the box. The top rail comprises four corner pieces, two side pieces and two end pieces. The side and end pieces are secured onto the box by hooks which engage tabs extending outwardly from the walls of the box. The corner pieces of the top rail have projections adapted to engage holes in the side and end pieces of the top rail.
Abstract:
A tote box is disclosed which incorporates a box, four corner enhancers and a top rail which is secured over the top edge of the erected walls of the box. In one embodiment, the box walls are held together with the corner enhancers and top rail without the benefit of any mechanical fasteners such as rivets or the like. The top rail is secured onto the box by an inwardly extending hook on one of the channel side walls which engages grooves formed in the box walls. The top rail has a vertical lip which facilitates stacking multiple tote boxes.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for stacking cartons for transport. The apparatus includes a plurality of straddles that engage with stacked cartons. Each straddle attaches to a top edge of a wall on an upper stacked carton and a bottom portion that extends from the top portion to a wall on a lower stacked carton. A cover fits over the upper stacked carton and contacts the straddles in a manner where the bottom portion engages with the upper and lower stacked cartons to prevent the cartons from slipping during transport. In another embodiment straps engage with handles on the side of the carton.
