The composite container comprises a rim surrounding one of the container top opening and the container bottom opening. The rim is connected to the tubular body by at least one adhesive layer, the at least one adhesive layer comprises or consists of thermoplastic adhesive in an amount of from 0.1 mg per 10 mm of the container opening perimeter at the end portion of the tubular body. The present disclosure furthermore relates to a method of producing a composite paperboard container.

摘要： A collapsible article comprising a plurality of foldably interconnected foldable sections/modules. The foldable sections can be part of cylindrical or conical surfaces. They can also be in the form of closing sections. When the foldable sections are part of tubular surfaces, either cylindrical or conical, they consist of four polygonal surface segments. The polygonal segments are curved/round in unfolded state and have a flat or approximately flat shape in partly folded and folded states. The folding process usually involves an abrupt transition between the unfolded and folded positions which makes the unfolded article almost as stable as non-foldable equivalents. The folding process usually requires application of force on the edges that form valley creases during folding.

Firstly, a continuous strip of material (101) is provided, the strip having a plurality of cut-outs (103) spaced along a longitudinal direction thereof. Then, the continuous strip is cut along a plurality of cut lines (203) to form the plurality of blanks (301), each cut line comprising a straight transverse section and a curved section. Each cut line intersects a respective cut-out in the strip in the curved section of the cut line. Each cut line, together with its respective intersected cut-out, corresponds to an edge (303, 305) of at least one of the plurality of blanks. There is also provided a blank (301) formed by the method and a container (400) for consumer goods, the container comprising an inner frame (301) formed from a blank formed according by the method.
