摘要: Disclosed is a solenoid valve for a brake system. The solenoid valve comprises an armature disposed inside a sleeve to open and close an orifice formed in a seat by moving up and down along an axial direction together with a plunger; an elastic member for providing an elastic force to the armature; a magnet core accommodating the seat therein and providing a driving force to the armature in a direction opposite to the elastic force of the elastic member; a seal stopper coupled to a lower side of the magnet core so as to communicate with the orifice and having a slot on an outer circumferential surface thereof to allow the flow of a fluid through the slot; an outlet filter forming an outer flow passage with the seal stopper; an inlet filter coupled to a lower side of the seal stopper; a lip seal fitted between the seal stopper and the inlet filter and having an inclined protruding portion to allow only one-way flow of the fluid; an orifice flow passage opened and closed by the up and down movement of the armature; and a one-way flow passage formed to include a mesh portion of the outlet filter, a gap formed between a modulator block and the lip seal due to a deformation of the lip seal, and a mesh portion of the inlet filter, wherein the inlet filter includes a protruding portion inclined outwardly so as to have a chamber therein, and the lip seal is provided so that the inside thereof can be inserted into the chamber.

摘要: A brake traction control valve is disclosed. The brake traction control valve includes a valve core, a shell, an armature, an exciting coil, a plunger, and a return spring. The valve core has an inlet to allow inside and outside of the valve core to communicate with each other, and a valve seat provided with an orifice therein. The shell having a dome plus cylinder shape is coupled to the valve core to cover one end of the valve core. The armature is placed in the shell to move forward and backward. The exciting coil is placed around the shell to cause the armature to move forward and backward. The plunger is placed in the valve core to move forward and backward to selectively open and dose the orifice while moving forward and backward by the armature. The return spring returns the plunger and the armature to open the orifice. The plunger includes a first body brought into contact with the armature, a second body connected to one end of the first body to move forward and backward so as to selectively open and close the orifice, and a relief spring provided between the first and second bodies so that the second body is pushed by oil pressure when the oil pressure increases above predetermined pressure.

摘要: A solenoid valve for brake systems, including a spool movably set in a valve housing, provided along its central axis with the first orifice which has a predetermined diameter, and provided at a position around the plunger with a plunger guide having a predetermined depth for allowing the plunger to enter the spool, thus opening and closing the first orifice. A valve seat portion is formed on the inner surface of the bore of the valve housing by stepping the surface. This valve seat portion defines the second orifice therein, and comes into contact with or spaced from the end of the spool to selectively open the outlet, separately from the first orifice when the spool moves in either direction. The second orifice has an inner diameter larger than that of the first orifice. A spool restoring spring normally biases the spool toward the plunger.

A rubber-elastic sealing ring is accommodated with the greater portion of its cross section in the circumference of the section and in the closed position of the check valve, this sealing ring can compensate for dimensional deviations of the valve seat at low pressures.

摘要: A vehicular brake control method and apparatus having a controller that controls a pressure of a supplied operating fluid to the wheels. The vehicle brake control apparatus includes brakes that apply braking forces corresponding to the pressure of the operating fluid to the wheels. A pump is provided that force-feeds the operating fluid. A valve is disposed to adjust the pressure of the operating fluid that is force-fed from the pump. The controller performs an operation control of the pump and the valve to control the pressure of the operating fluid to be supplied to the brakes when the controller determines that the braking forces are to be applied to the vehicle. The controller controls a pressure-increasing gradient of a fluid pressure by controlling both the pump and the valve during a pressure-increasing control for increasing the pressure in the brakes.

摘要: In a brake by wire system, a linear differential pressure control valve is provided to control accurately wheel cylinder pressure. A brake fluid conduit extending from a reservoir is branched out into two conduits, each of which is transmitted to each of right and left wheel cylinders. A linear differential pressure control valve is disposed in the conduit and an another linear differential pressure control valve in each of the branched out conduits. Brake fluid sucked from the reservoir by a motor pump is discharged to each of the branched out conduits between the valve and the wheel cylinder. The two valves thus connected in series are operative step by step to control the wheel cylinder pressure in accordance with the current commanded in response to brake pedal depression. The former linear differential pressure control valve is energized at first at a normal braking operation and, therefor, the identical pressure is applied to both of the wheel cylinders so that the detected wheel cylinder pressure may be adjusted. Further, a hybrid system using the brake by wire and a conventional master cylinder is also provided.

摘要: A braking system for automotive vehicles is provided which is designed to minimize the kickback produced in a brake master cylinder and transmitted to a vehicle operator through a brake pedal during braking control or to inform the vehicle operator of generation of the kickback in advance for alleviating the discomfort due to the kickback. The braking system includes a pressure regulating valve which restricts transmission of a pressure variation to the master cylinder from a hydraulic braking circuit during the braking control to reduce the kickback. The braking system may alternatively include a pressure-reducing valve which reduces the hydraulic pressure within the brake master cylinder to decrease a hydraulic reaction force against the pedal effort provided by the vehicle operator when a wheel is approaching or has reached a road-tire adhesion limit for warning the vehicle operator of generation of the kickback in advance.
