摘要： A motor vehicle has a body, wherein the body has body openings, in which auxiliary devices such as lamps, turn indicators, or the like are arranged. A body wall surrounds the body opening and has a body flange formed at the particular body opening, to which body wall a cup-shaped insert is fastened, wherein the particular auxiliary device is fastened to the cup-shaped insert. The cup-shaped insert has a peripheral or partially peripheral, bent flange segment having a fastening segment, which extends parallel to an inner surface of the body wall surrounding the body opening. A glue or an adhesive layer is applied between the outer surface of the fastening segment of the flange segment of the cup-shaped insert and the inner surface of the body wall. A seal is arranged in an intermediate space between a flange segment of the cup-shaped insert and the body wall.

摘要： A vehicular light assembly including a dichroic lamp, a socket, a cradle and an optional support to mount the assembly to a vehicle. The dichroic lamp includes a reflector which reflects light emitted by the bulb forward but allows radiant heat to pass rearwardly through the reflector. The dichroic lamp also includes an electrode electrically coupled with a socket which defines at least one of a recess and an aperture, the socket including an electrical connector. The cradle defines a chamber, and the socket and dichroic lamp both are positioned in the chamber. The cradle includes a locating pin that registers with the at least one of a recess and an aperture to selectively locate the dichroic lamp within the cradle. A related installation method includes: joining the light assembly cradle with a vehicle, and aligning the lamp assembly so that it focuses light on a pathway of the vehicle.

摘要： The invention concerns a component such as a lamp for fitting into a recess in a part of a body. The lamp is fixed in its reference position in the recess by a pivot projection engaging into an opening in the body, and by a V-shaped resilient detent element. The detent element has a first limb projecting inclinedly at an angle from the rear wall of the component. The first limb has a holding projection which in the reference position of the component engages behind an opening in the body. The free end of the second limb of the detent element carries dismantling projections which when the component is further pressed into the recess latch behind catches on the component to fix the detent element in a configuration in which the holding projection is released from its latching engagement with the body.

摘要： A pin device including a plurality of rib members formed radially on a lamp body, at least a part of each rib member integrated to one another, and a pin member so formed as to integrally project from the integrated parts of these rib members beyond upper edges of the rib members, and since the pin member is supported on the lamp body through the plurality of rib members, the required mechanical strength can be maintained while avoiding the undesirable shrinkage phenomena because no resin thicker portion formed on the back surface of the lamp body and, further, since the area of each rib member is not necessary to enlarge, a compact pin device can be accomplished and, furthermore, there is no need of a slide core because every parts of the pin device extends in the same direction as the retracting direction of the mold core for molding the lamp body.

A V-shaped resilient clamp and an S-shaped resilient support member hold the component or assembly in place. By disposing the brake lamp in a predetermined position, the brake lamp is enclosed at least in regions by the air-guiding body. At least one retention element is integrally formed on a retention side of an air-guiding body portion of the air-guiding body. At least one counterpart retention element is integrally formed on a retention side of the brake lamp. The retention element can be retained on the counterpart retention element so as to retain the air-guiding body on the brake lamp in the predetermined brake lamp position. In the connected state of the air-guiding element and the motor vehicle, the air-guiding body portion is arranged below the brake lamp. The retention side of the air-guiding body portion faces toward the retention side of the brake lamp.
