摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for collecting, storing, separating, and disposing of waste material from an oil and gas well site in order to enhance payload efficiency. An embodiment of a method, for example, may include introducing a waste material into an enhanced-payload mobile vessel positioned at the oil and gas well site, the waste material selected to include one or more of a sludge waste material, a solids-laden wastewater material, and a dry waste material. The method may further include transporting the waste material when positioned in the enhanced-payload mobile vessel along roadways to an off-site waste management facility. Additionally, the method may include dumping the waste material from the enhanced-payload mobile vessel by a site-based lifting mechanism into a receiving vessel at the off-site waste management facility thereby to dispose of the waste material at a reduced transportation cost.

摘要: A portable fluid storage system for use during frac jobs or other operations requiring storage of water or other fluids. The system comprises a lower chamber and an upper chamber sized to fit within the lower chamber. A lift system, such as screw jacks or rack and pinion gears, is disposed to move the lower chamber from a collapsed position to an extended position where the upper chamber is positioned above the lower chamber. A seal is disposed to engage the upper chamber and the lower chamber when the system is in the extended position. The upper chamber, the seal, and the lower chamber form a water tight compartment when the system is in the extended position. The system is transported as a traditional frac tank with a tractor or other truck. When positioned for use, the storage system is expanded to hold twice as much fluid as a traditional tank.

摘要: A vehicle configured to carry solid refinery waste is disclosed. The vehicle includes a mobile tank including a plurality of compartments and at least one buffer disposed between each of the plurality of compartments. The vehicle further includes a plurality of manhole openings on a top wall of the tank, each manhole opening being associated with one of the plurality of compartments and being sized to enable an agitator to pass therethrough. The vehicle also includes a plurality of connectors, each connector being affixed to the mobile tank for movement therewith to selectively secure the agitator and a plurality of fluid valves sized to permit an emulsion of the solid refinery waste and at least one diluent to pass therethrough in flowable form.

摘要: An apparatus for mixing tank contents including sedimentary material is disclosed. The apparatus includes an agitator connected to a support including a plurality of detachable sections. The apparatus further includes a frame adjacent an opening in a top of the tank. The apparatus also includes an actuatable connector for interconnecting the frame to the support. The connector is configured to be actuated in order to lift a first portion of the support above the frame while a second portion of the support below the frame is maintained, to thereby cause a gap between the first portion and the second portion enabling at least one of the detachable sections to be inserted into the gap. The apparatus also includes at least one actuator for causing the connector to lift the first portion in order to cause the gap, and for lowering the first portion and the second portion.

摘要: A method for disposing of solid refinery waste is disclosed. The method includes removing solid waste constituents from inside a refinery tank using excavating machinery, delumping the solid waste constituents, and conveying the delumped solid waste constituents into a mobile tank. The method further includes transporting the delumped solid waste constituents in the mobile tank to a burning facility, adding at least one diluent, mixing, and pumping from the mobile tank a flowable mixture of refinery waste and the at least one diluent at the burning facility.

摘要: A vehicle body including an outer shell including side walls, end walls and a floor. The floor has a discharge recess located at one end thereof inside the shell. A plurality of vertically positioned and spaced apart bulkhead members are mounted inside the shell to provide a plurality of separate, material containing, storage compartments therein. A bulkhead drive including a plurality of power screws is provided for successively driving the bulkhead members along the floor of the shell and over at least a portion of the discharge recess. The power screws each have an unthreaded portion and a threaded portion with the threaded portion normally in threaded engagement with the bulkhead members. The unthreaded portions of the power screws are located the discharge recess so that as each bulkhead member moves over the discharge recess it will become disengaged from the threaded portions of the power screws so that the lead bulkhead members can become nested over the discharge recess. The vehicle body is also provided with a discharge auger for discharging material from inside the discharge recess to the exterior of the vehicle body.
