摘要: A panel for a seat may have a retention portion with a recessed seat cover groove. The groove may have at least one tooth adapted to selectively retain a seat cover in the groove. The panel may also have a plurality of recessed air flow channels. The panel may also have a rear bolster. The rear bolster may have a leading wall, a connecting wall and a trailing wall. The leading wall may have a first clamp portion and the trailing wall may have a second clamp portion. The clamp portions may be adapted to selectively receive a frame connection member. A seat having a seat base panel and a seat back panel may have seat cover grooves and air flow channels.

摘要: A method of controlling a microclimate system includes identifying a set of multiple microclimate thermal effectors configured to provide multiple occupant zones and determining a differential temperature between a local temperature at one of the microclimate thermal effectors and a preset temperature for the microclimate thermal effectors. The differential temperature is determined for each of the microclimate thermal effectors. A fuzzy set is generated for each of the microclimate thermal effectors based upon the respective differential temperature. A respective temperature set point for each of the microclimate thermal effectors is defined based upon the fuzzy set for the corresponding microclimate thermal effectors. Each microclimate thermal effector is commanded to the corresponding respective temperature set point.

摘要: A method for providing pulsing contrast therapy to a vehicle occupant. The method comprises first operating a heating device to apply a first temperature for a first period of time and second operating the heating device and a cooling device in an alternating manner for a plurality of time intervals. The thermal pulsing therapy achieves about a 0.5° C. to 2° C. change in a temperature of a surface of a seat and/or about a 0.2° C. to 1.5° C. change in a skin temperature of the vehicle occupant.

The instructions are to cause the processor to: receive predetermined locations of a fluidic input location and fluidic output locations at a three-dimensional (3D) object model; generate respective paths between the fluidic input and each of the fluidic outputs via associated portions of the 3D object model; replace the respective paths with respective hollow connectors that have respective fluidic resistance selected such that each of the fluidic outputs have a predetermined flow rate from the fluidic input to the fluid outputs; and store, at the memory, data indicative of locations and dimensions of the respective hollow connectors, relative to the fluidic input and the fluidic outputs, the data for use by a three-dimensional printer to print a part that includes the fluidic input, the fluidic outputs and the respective hollow connectors.
