摘要： Methods of printing nanoparticulate ink using nanoporous print stamps are disclosed. A nanoporous print stamp can include a substrate, a patterned arrangement of carbon nanotubes disposed on the substrate, and a secondary material disposed on the carbon nanotubes to reduce capillary-induced deformation of the patterned arrangement of carbon nanotubes when printing nanoparticulate ink. Some methods include loading a nanoporous print stamp with nanoparticulate colloidal ink such that the nanoparticulate colloidal ink is drawn into microstructures of the patterned arrangement of carbon nanotubes via capillary wicking. Nanoparticulate colloidal ink can include nanoparticles dispersed in a solution. The method also includes contacting a nanoporous stamp to a target substrate to form nanoscale contact points between the target substrate and the patterned arrangement of carbon nanotubes of the nanoporous print stamp so that nanoparticulate colloidal ink is drawn out of the nanoporous print stamp and onto the target substrate to form a pattern.

The thermal drive control means controls a pulse time width for thermally driving the individual heat generating elements of the thermal head under PWM control based on gradation image data having a gradation value, thereby forming a seal with a gradation on the porous material.

摘要： A stamp die assembly for a self inking stamp in which the die plate having printing indicia thereon is easily removable from the die frame. There are at least two locking bars on the die frame that engage in locking relationship at least two positioning tabs on the die plate. Locking tabs on the positioning tabs engage in a locking relationship the locking bars to securely attach the die plate to the die frame. The locking tabs are flexible so that when a force is applied to them they can be flexed to an unlocking position thereby releasing the die plate from the die frame.

The frame may comprise a floor having one or more holes in it. The frame may comprise an outer wall along its perimeter. The outer wall may extend up from the floor such that the outer wall is capable of retaining ink while the ink is being absorbed by the first ink-storage component and the second ink-storage component, thereby increasing the effective volume of the channel(s). The one or more holes may align with the one or more channels such that ink is enabled to flow through the hole(s) into the channel(s).
