摘要: A hot-stamping device (1) is described, having a stamping device (2) for transferring a transfer layer (15u) disposed on a carrier layer (15t) of a hot-stamping foil (15) onto a substrate (14). The hot-stamping device comprises a heatable stamping roller (11) and a counter-pressure roller (12), between which a stamping gap (16) is realized, in which a stamped substrate (17) is realized, and comprising a separating device (3), disposed downstream, for separating the carrier layer (15t) from the stamped substrate (17). The separating device (3) has a separating element (20), which is realized as a bar-shaped hollow body, disposed on which there is a supply for a compressed gas (21). At least one longitudinal edge of the separating element (20) is realized as a perforated separating edge (20k) having outflow openings (20a) for the compressed gas (22), for the purpose of realizing a gas cushion between the carrier layer (15t) and the separating element (20). The separating edge (20k) is disposed transversely in relation to the running direction and parallelwise in relation to the top side of the coated substrate (17).

摘要: Provided are a roll printing apparatus and a roll printing method using the same. The roll printing apparatus according to the present invention comprises 1) a first cliché stage, 2) a second cliché stage, 3) a pattern transfer unit provided between the first cliché stage and the second cliché stage and comprising a roll type printed film support unit, 4) a first printing unit comprising a first printing roll moving to the pattern transfer unit on the first cliché stage, and 5) a second printing unit comprising a second printing roll moving the pattern transfer unit on the second cliché stage, in which the first cliché stage and the second cliché stage are disposed on the same line and a film substrate is comprised in the roll type printed film support unit. The roll printing apparatus according to the present invention can perform a continuous roll printing, thereby reducing a tack time and as a result, improving productivity.

摘要: A printing machine with a cold foil roller includes a printing plate roller, an ink roller set, a transfer roller, a material catching roller and a hollow roller inside a chassis. The hollow roller contains a wheel wall, a driving motor, an infeed wheel and an outfeed. The driving motor is connected to a control element, and the outfeed wheel has a cold foil with an end wound from a side inside the hollow roller to the outside and attached from an outer surface of the wheel wall to the other side inside the hollow roller and then fixed to the infeed wheel. The driving motor is provided for transmitting the infeed wheel to send/receive cold foil, and the driving motor rotates with the hollow roller asynchronously to avoid wasting the cold foil caused by the synchronous operation of the driving motor and the hollow roller.

摘要: Apparatuses and methods for applying a transfer material onto the surface of an article are disclosed, including methods of transfer printing on and/or decorating three-dimensional articles, as well as the articles printed and/or decorated thereby. In some cases, the apparatuses and methods involve providing a deposition device, such as a printing device; providing a transfer component; depositing a material onto a portion of the transfer component with the deposition device; conforming the transfer component to at least a portion of the surface of the three-dimensional article; and transferring the transfer material onto the surface of the article. The transfer component with the transfer material thereon may initially make contact with a portion of the surface of the article with a lesser radius of curvature, and then may make contact with portions of the surface of the article with a greater radius of curvature.
