    摘要: Storing vehicle tire casings (4) by providing at least two channels (12) for storing casings, each one having an end stop (22), and a casing conveyor, capable of coming into alignment with any of the channels and containing a platform (32) that can receive a casing. A casing located in the channel is lifted until it is higher than the end stop. The lifting is done by a roller (46), which is mounted in such a way that it can move in the vertical direction in relation to the platform.

    摘要: A method and plant for producing tyres for vehicle wheels in which: each vulcanizer of a plurality of vulcanizers is associated with a respective pick-up logic of green tyres from at least one storage area of green tyres; upon each request to vulcanize a green tyre in a vulcanizer of the plurality of vulcanizers, the pick-up logic associated with the vulcanizer is applied to select and pick up a green tyre from the storage area; and the respective pick-up logic associated with each vulcanizer includes a first pick-up rule of green tyres from the storage area and, for at least one of the plurality of vulcanizers, the first pick-up rule is changed into at least one second pick-up rule at least once during the production in the plant of at least one lot of tyres.

    摘要: A tire support device for supporting the bead area of a tire is described. The tire support device includes an inner support member having a plurality of support vanes mounted to the support member, the support vanes radially extend from the inner support member. The tire support device further comprises a plurality of cover plates forming an outer cylindrical surface for supporting the bead area of a tire. The cover plates having an inner rib which extends radially inward, said rib having one or more guide members, each slide member slidably mounted on the support vane, wherein the guide members are slidably from a radially inward position to close the cover plates, and to a radially outward position to radially expand the tires.
