    摘要: A machine (1) for depositing ceramic powders comprises a supply device (2) and a distributor device (3) of the ceramic powders. The supply device (2) is configured to convey the ceramic powders receiving them from a process situated upstream of the machine. The distributor (3) is movable along a processing direction (X) which extends in a support plane and is configured to receive the ceramic powders from the supply device (2) depositing at least one layer thereof on the support plane during an advancement and/or reverse movement thereof along the processing direction (X). A system for making ceramic tiles or slabs is also claimed, comprising (i) the machine (1) for depositing ceramic powders, (ii) a conveyor belt (11) defining the support plane and (iii) a pressing device arranged along the support plane downstream of the machine (1) and configured to press at least one layer of ceramic powders deposited by the machine (1).

    摘要: A process and equipment for producing multi-color concrete products, including architectural concrete blocks, concrete bricks, modular concrete products that are suitable for use in landscaping applications, such as retaining wall blocks, concrete pavers, and concrete slabs. The invention includes a hopper that is divided into separate sections, with each section intended to contain a differently colored concrete. Each hopper section includes a controllable discharge opening that permits precise control of the amount of each concrete color that is discharged from the hopper. The colored concrete is then transported to and dumped into a hopper of a concrete product production machine, where the concrete is blended into a multi-color concrete blend for use in producing the concrete products.

    摘要: A method of making an open ended hollow concrete element includes arranging a mold about a substantially horizontal roller shaft, the mold having a sleeve-shaped mold wall defining the outer peripheral shape of the concrete element and first and second end rims, each with an inner periphery smaller than the inner periphery of the mold wall at the respective end and defining the end surfaces of the concrete element. The mold is rotatably supported by the roller shaft by abutment at the inner peripheries of the first and second end rims so that the roller shaft upon rotation defines the inner peripheral shape of the concrete elements. The method further includes rotating the shaft to rotate the mold; feeding curable concrete to the rotating mold; stopping the rotation of the mold; and removing the cured concrete element from the mold. The inner perimeter of the mold wall defines an exterior shape of the concrete element that varies along and/or radially to the direction of the rotational axis. There is further provided an arrangement for making such concrete elements.

    摘要: Water content which is bound by capillarity in fiber cells of carboniferous materials is reduced by a thermomechanical dewatering process. In the process, the carboniferous materials are conveyed by a dispersion box into a pressure chamber including upper and lower plates. Steam is applied to the materials introduced into the pressure chamber from both the upper and lower plates to heat the materials up to about 125.degree. C. and to release the water which is bound by capillarity in the fiber cells. Initially, the pressure within the chamber is maintained at no greater than the steam pressure. Subsequently, the pressure chamber is sealed gastight and the carboniferous materials in the pressure chamber are pressed using the upper and lower plates.

    摘要: Fabrication of a flanged concrete panel includes pouring concrete into a suitably configured mold of elastically deformable material in which reinforcing frame and mesh is appropriately located; partially curing the panel while supporting the mold such that under the weight of the concrete contained therein it deflects in a direction countervailing the normal shrinkage deformation direction. The partially cured panel is removed from the mold and allowed to undergo its normal curing shrinkage deformation to yield a panel having a planar face.
