摘要: A pipe mold for vertically cast concrete pipe includes a cylindrical outer mold case, a cylindrical core spaced inside the mold case, and a pipe-reinforcing cylinder between the core and the case. A system for casting concrete in the pipe mold includes a flat facing ring above the annular space between the mold case and the cylinder. A chute assembly mounted concentrically above the pipe mold includes several radially spaced apart pouring chutes extending downwardly from the center of the chute assembly to corresponding radially spaced apart openings in the facing ring. The pouring chutes channel the flow of concrete into the openings in the facing ring to fill the pipe mold to the bottom surface of the facing ring, which forms a flat annular end section at the desired elevation on the pipe. The facing ring eliminates the need for hand finishing and measuring which is common in the prior art manufacture of vertically cast concrete pipe. A concrete pipe with a beveled end section is formed by mounting the facing ring in an angular plane above the pipe mold. As the concrete is channeled into the openings of the beveled facing ring, gates in the pouring chutes are sequentially closed to progressively block the rise of concrete from the low side to the high side of the facing ring until the pipe mold is filled to the bottom of the ring which automatically forms a flat, beveled annular end section at the desired elevation on the pipe.

摘要: A characteristic feature of the present invention is the fact that the pipe producing plant has a horizontal platform rotatable round a vertical axis, on which a mould with conduit formers for pipe making is located. The base of the plant mounts a mechanism for feeding, tensioning of the reinforcement wire and wounding it onto a moulded pipe, and bench carrying a mechanism for filling the mould with concrete mix, a mechanism for smoothing the pipe end face and a mechanism for placing a protective cement mortar cover upon the reinforcing wire wound onto the moulded pipe. The plant incorporates also a mechanical actuator for alternatively raising and lowering the conduit formers, said actuator being mounted on a rigid base outside the rotary platform.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a precast column and a method for manufacturing the same, in which the precast column includes a base, a main structure, multiple main reinforcing bars and a concrete structure. The base includes multiple couplers disposed on a bottom mold and multiple stirrups surrounding the multiple couplers. One side of the main structure is connected to the base, and the main structure includes a hollow tube disposed inside the main structure. The multiple main reinforcing bars pass through the main structure, one end of each of which is connected to the corresponding one of the multiple couplers. The concrete structure covers the base, the main structure and the multiple main reinforcing bars.

摘要: The present invention relates to paper feed rollers required to transfer papers in printers, facsimiles, copiers, etc. with accurately, and provides novel paper feed rollers which are lighter, less expensive and mass-producible with larger diameters as compared with conventional paper feed rollers. The paper feed roller according to the present invention includes a rotary shaft, a cylindrical roller portion formed by press molding a mixture of a hydraulic composition, followed by curing and hardening, and integrated with an outer periphery of the rotary shaft.
