摘要： A fastener driver tool fastener load system includes a fastener driving tool having a housing including a magazine with a fastener entry end, an opposite shear block end, and a fastener track defined between the ends. A tensioner is mounted to the housing and includes a driven roller. A plurality of fastener strips is disposed linearly in end-to-end fashion and each strip is secured to each other by at least one fastening tape having a free end connected to the driven roller. The tensioner is constructed and arranged for creating a biasing force for urging the fastener strips toward the shear block end.

摘要： In a fastener feeding device for a driving tool, in response to a rearward displacement of a contact arm, a carrier member is displaced from an upper position to a lower position, and a claw end of a claw member is dragged downward. Once a first one of fasteners is struck out of a striking path, a connection strip for holding the fasteners is lifted by a biasing force of a return biasing member while the carrier member is displaced from the lower position to the upper position.

摘要： When gas is explosively burnt within a combustion chamber 5, a striking piston is impulsively driven to drive out a fastener from a nose portion. A gas tube 26 is provided between the combustion chamber 5 and a feed cylinder 21 which accommodates a feed piston that reciprocally moves a feed claw 23 engaged with and disengaged from connected fasteners to a nail feed direction for feeding to the nose portion side and an evacuation direction in opposite thereto. A check valve 31 having a restriction hole 33 is disposed on the way of the gas tube 26 so as to be opened and closed. The check valve 31 is normally urged by a spring to a closed direction and opens against the force of the spring by the gas pressure from the combustion chamber.

The magazine is connected to the body and includes an intake portion and first and second valves operable in the intake portion for adjusting a rate at which pressurized air goes into the magazine. The connector includes a first section connected to the cylinder for receiving the firing pin and a second section connected to the magazine for receiving nails. The firing chamber is attached to the second section of the connector for receiving the nails.
