摘要: A hammer tacker comprises a housing, a staple holder, and a latch operatively connected to the staple holder. The latch comprises a pivotable press member that is movable about a pivot axis between a lock position and a release position. The pivotable press member is resiliently biased towards the lock position. An elongated body of the staple holder is biased towards a normal position and movable against such bias to a jam release position while the staple holder remains in the operative position. The elongated body has a rearward portion thereof extending in longitudinally overlapping relation with a rearward portion of the pivotable press member, such that pivotal movement of the pivotable press member towards the rearward portion of the elongated body causes the pivotable press member to be moved from the lock position to the release position.

摘要: A carrier with a fastener depth limiter. The carrier may be used to drive fasteners of a staple type. Carriers may include a fastener holder and a fastener depth limiter securable to the holder. The holder may include an axial body with distal and proximal ends, a fastener-receiving opening in the distal end normal to the axis, and an anvil-receiving opening in which an anvil repeatedly strikes a fastener held by the holder as the holder retracts during fastener driving. The fastener depth limiter may be a collar and the collar may be axially adjustable along the holder to enable user selection of the depth limitation. A workpiece-contacting distal end of a collar-type depth limiter may be spaced axially outward from the distal end of the holder a distance approximately the same as a thickness dimension of the fastener, which may be the thickness dimension of the crown of a staple-type fastener. The carrier enables consistent driving of each and every fastener relative to a cable or other workpiece thereby providing securement without damage that could be caused by excessive contact with the crown.

摘要: A stapler is provided, including: a main body, a striking mechanism and a staple straightening mechanism. The main body includes an inner space and a staple outlet. The striking mechanism is disposed in the inner space and includes a striking member configured to strike a staple and a driving member by which the striking member is driven to move relative to the staple outlet. The staple straightening mechanism is disposed on the main body and includes an aperture corresponding to the staple outlet, at least one abutting member being movable within the aperture and a force accumulating assembly which is drivable by the driving member. The force accumulating assembly includes a blocking portion and a force accumulating member which is releasably blockable with the blocking portion, and the force accumulating member is movable toward the aperture to strike the at least one abutting member.

摘要: A staple gun and a method of using the same. A stapling mechanism in the housing is activated to deliver a staple through an aperture in a housing wall and drive the staple into a surface around a stack of one or more electric cables. The gun includes a reciprocating cable guide for centering the gun on the stack of cables and closing a safety switch to permit the gun's trigger to be activated. A spacer extending outwardly from the housing wall rests on the upper surface of the cable stack. The spacer and a bumper that engages a hammer of the stapling mechanism provide for automatic depth adjustment when driving the staple into the surface. A reciprocating cable guard extending outwardly from the housing wall is positioned between the stack of cables and the staple to aid in preventing the staple from piercing the cable.

摘要: A fastener driving tool includes a striking member mounted in a housing for reciprocal movement relative to a fastener striking opening, a leaf spring engaging with the striking member at an end, and having a flexible section anchored by an anchoring unit, and a press handle pivotably connected with the anchoring unit, and having an elongated guide slot in which a pivot axle is movably engaged. The press handle is pivotable from a ready position, where the anchoring unit anchors the flexible section, through an intermediate position, where the anchoring unit is moved upwardly and rearwardly to cause resilient deflection of the leaf spring and load the leaf spring with an accumulated biasing energy, to a striking position, where the anchoring unit abuts against and is counteracted upon the pivot axle or a stop peg to be disengaged from the leaf spring so as to release the biasing energy.

摘要: A hammer tacker includes an outer housing comprising a handle portion and a head portion, the outer housing formed from a fiber reinforced polymer material. The hammer tacker also includes an elongated staple holder carried at least partially within the outer housing, the elongated staple holder being slideable between a use position and a refill position. The outer housing having the fiber reinforced polymer material defines a channel extending through the handle portion and into the head portion, the channel configured to receive the staple holder. The staple holder is slidable along the channel of the outer housing between the use position and the refill position. The hammer tacker further includes a staple driver assembly operable to drive a staple from the staple holder into a workpiece.

摘要: Disclosed is a stapler including: a body including a fixed plate provided on a top portion of one end thereof and formed with a needle insertion hole, and a lower thread supplier provided below the fixed plate to feed a lower thread through the needle insertion hole; and a presser which is connected to the other end of the body at one end thereof by a rotating shaft, includes a fastening needle installed to the other end to stitch an object, and penetrates the needle insertion hole together with an upper thread, in which the object is stitched with the upper thread and the lower thread when pressure is applied to the presser. Since the sheets of paper are bound with the thread, it is possible to prevent the paper from being discolored or crumbed.
