The handling tool includes a tool body configured to be gripped by a user and a capture device that can be inserted into the testing assembly to capture the adaptor and retain the adaptor as the handling tool is withdrawn from the testing assembly.

    摘要: An axle removal tool uses compressed air or other inert gas to push apart two U- or C- or V-shaped plates installed partially around the CV axle between a CV axle mount and a transaxle spline. The gas inflates a bellows or bladder sandwiched between the plates. As the plates are pushed apart, the CV axle mount is pushed axially away from the transaxle spline, overcoming the C-clip locking the CV axle mount to the transaxle spline.

    摘要: An expansion tool structure for a steering knuckle of a vehicle contains: a body, a multiple-section positioning set, and a rotatable connector. The multiple-section positioning set includes a locating ball, a resilient element, and a threaded post. The rotatable connector includes a holder, four slots, a first rotatable coupling section, a second rotatable coupling section, a stepped edge, an extension, a C-shaped ring, and a non-circular joining portion. The rotatable connector further includes an actuation projection, and the actuation projection has two opposite elongated faces and two opposite short faces. Preferably, a width of a respective one short face is equal to or is less than a width of a respective one retainer.
