Abstract: A manual tweezer, including a main body, a first fixing base, a pushing member, a pull rod, and clamping arms, wherein the first fixing base is arranged on one side of the main body, and the pushing member is movably sleeved on the first fixing base to reciprocate relative to an axial direction of the first fixing base, and wherein the pull rod is respectively provided with a first end and a second end, the first end of the pull rod is fixedly connected to the pushing member, the second end of the pull rod is connected to the clamping arms, and the pushing member drives the pull rod to reciprocate along the axial direction of the first fixing base for driving the clamping arms to open and close. Abstract: A slip coupling tool having an interior surface sized for receiving a pipe. The coupling tool includes a semi-annular collar sized to engage an exterior surface of the pipe. The collar extends to a rearward end face sized and shaped for aligning with an end of the slip coupling when the collar receives the pipe and the inner surface of the collar engages an exterior surface of the pipe. The slip coupling tool includes a striking plate extending outward from the collar. The striking plate has an impact surface spaced from the collar for impacting the coupling tool to drive the slip coupling into position along the pipe. The slip coupling tool includes a handle extending outward from the collar for manipulating the tool into position while impacting the impact surface of the striking plate to drive the slip coupling into position along the pipe.

The actuator also has a first contact surface that forms a cam with a respective second contact surface on each arm, the first contact surface remaining engaged with the second contact surface. The control means controls the movement in translation of the actuator to produce a movement in rotation of the arms that applies a chosen force of the gripper in its active position.

Abstract: A Universal Single Person Undermount Fixture Installation Device is sued for the installation of undermount style plumbing fixtures by a single installer. This device includes a support that is set atop the counter/substrate and spans the opening where the fixture is to be raised into its final position. This support includes an attachment that protrudes down through the opening and engages the fixture through the drain opening to allow it to be raised from above the countertop. This device also includes a method for final tightening of the fixture from above while in full view of its current alignment to the opening within the counter/substrate. The tool can be disengaged to release from the fixture drain opening once the fixture is fastened in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
