    摘要: An embossing system designed to mark metal marker plates. The embossing system includes a feeder system that presents a marker plate, a drive sub assembly secured to the feeder system, and a gripper system that grips the marker plate from the feeder system. The feeder system has a fixed side wall secured to a base plate and a moveable side wall positioned a distance from the fixed side wall. Marker plate guides are secured to the side walls for providing support to a stack of marker plates positioned in the feeder system. Adjustable feed gates are secured to the sidewalls to accommodate adjustments for maker plate thickness variations.

    摘要: A readjustment device and a method for a machine tool process plate-shaped workpieces. The readjustment device contains an upper pressure-exerting device, which at least contains pressure plungers which are oriented at a spacing to one another, and a lower supporting device, which at least has counter-bearings which are arranged at a spacing to one another and which, in a working position, are oriented so as to fix the plate-like workpiece in a clamping manner with respect to the pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device. The pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device can be transferred from a rest position to the working position by a drive device. The pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device are being coupled to one another and are controlled so as to be movable or pivotable together between the rest position and the working position.

    摘要: An assembly for positioning sheet metal on a sheet metal brake includes a coarse adjustment mechanism and a fine adjustment mechanism for respectively setting approximate and accurate positions of the sheet metal. Preferably, a mounting structure is removably mountable on front and rear beams of the brake via a pair of respective clamping mechanisms connected to respective mounting legs extending from a hollow tube. One mounting leg is movably connected to the tube for adjusting spacing between the mounting legs to facilitate mounting on the beams. A support arm is slidably received by the hollow tube to provide coarse adjustment. The support arm includes an upwardly extending portion on which is disposed a shelf for supporting an edge of the sheet metal. A threaded member threadably engages the upper portion of the support arm to finely adjust the position of the shelf and piece of sheet metal.

    摘要: A power transmission device is capable of correctly adjusting relative positions of two shafts in a direction of rotation even when the shafts are rotationally driven, and comprises a hollow, outer shaft, to one end of which a drive gear is fixed, an inner shaft, to one end of which a carrier is fixed, and a planetary gear mechanism. The planetary gear mechanism comprises a sun gear, planetary gears supported on a carrier, and a ring gear having internal teeth and external teeth, the internal teeth engaging with the planetary gears. A first gear and a second gear on an input shaft, respectively, engage with outer teeth of the drive gear and the ring gear. When the sun gear is made stationary and the input shaft is rotationally driven, the outer shaft and the inner shaft are rotated with the same number of revolutions in the same direction. When the sun gear is rotated, a position of the inner shaft in the direction of rotation is adjusted relative to the outer shaft.
