    摘要: The punching processing method of the present invention is a punching processing method in which a metallic sheet material 1a is sequentially subjected to multiple punching processing steps by a punch and a die, comprising, in first step punching processing, forming a first step punched surface 2 on the sheet material 1a, and then in second step punching processing, forming a second step punched surface 3 on the sheet material 1a by punching the sheet material 1a such that the second step punched surface 3 and the first step punched surface 2 are crossed with each other, thereby forming matching portions 5 at positions where the first step punched surface 2 and the second step punched surface 3 intersect, wherein after the first step punching processing and before the second step punching process, the method further comprises subjecting the sheet material 1a to swaging processing that sandwiches and crushes matching portion forming portions 5a of the sheet material 1a, which will form the matching portions 5, from a top surface TS side and a back surface BS side of the sheet material 1a.

    摘要: A sheet metal blanking die assembly is described. The assembly has a lower and an upper part and guide columns to maintain the parts aligned during the movement of the upper part relative to the lower part. The upper and lower part present flat parallel mutually opposing horizontal portions. The lower flat portion receives the sheet metal, while the upper flat portion presents a plurality of punches projecting downwards from it when the die assembly is closed by the action of a press. Blanking recesses are present in the flat lower portion to receive the respective punches. The die assembly presents a differential rotation device for a blanking unit positioned to correspond with at least one blanking position.

    摘要: A movable punch punches a plate piece from an original material sheet. The punched plate piece is rotated relative to and laminated onto another plate piece. A plurality of projections are formed on the outer circumference of each plate piece. The movable punch has a plurality of projection forming blades, the number of which is greater than the number of the projections of the plate pieces. Prior to the punching of the plate piece by means of the movable punch, blank holes for nullifying the formation of the projections are formed in the original material sheet at positions that correspond to projection forming blades. Further, as the punching of the plate pieces from the original material sheet progresses, the positions of the blank holes are changed.
