摘要: Provided are a system for manufacturing dispersion liquid of carbon nanotubes and a method of manufacturing a dispersion liquid of carbon nanotubes using the same. The system includes; a mixing device supplied with solvent and carbon nanotubes, and storing a admixture of the solvent and the carbon nanotubes; a first dispersion device connected to the mixing device, performing a primary dispersion of the carbon nanotubes by an operation of a rotor and a stator, and then performing a secondary dispersion to form bent portions in the carbon nanotubes while discharging the carbon nanotubes through penetration holes of the stator; and a second dispersion device performing a tertiary dispersion of the carbon nanotubes to selectively cut the bent portions of the carbon nanotubes by irradiating a laser when the secondarily dispersed admixture recirculates to the mixing device.

摘要: A mixing bowl and liner system for lining a mixing bowl so that the mixing bowl can be used without soiling it includes a rigid mixing bowl defining a bowl cavity. The mixing bowl has an interior surface adjacent the bowl cavity and a top edge defining an opening to said bowl cavity. A liner is insertable into the bowl cavity and comprises a wall, a rim, and a spout. The wall is coextensive with the interior surface of the mixing bowl and the rim rests on the top edge of the mixing bowl when the liner is inserted into the mixing bowl. The spout is coupled to the rim and has a pair of ridges which protrude outwardly in converging alignment.

摘要: A computer numerically controlled flow resistance system based on container features and properties of food ingredients comprises a mixing chamber, a stirring element, a pushing plate and a resetting element. The mixing chamber is communicated to sources of food ingredients of various colors, and the stirring element is disposed in the mixing chamber for stirring the food ingredients of various colors, so that the food ingredients after mixing have a desired color. The pushing plate is used to extrude the stirred food ingredients in the mixing chamber to a pastry tip of a pastry extrusion head. The resetting element makes a piston cylinder move to an extruding position according to an extrusion signal of a controller, and when the pushing plate stops displacing, the resetting element makes the piston cylinder move to a flow resistance position according to a flow resistance signal of the controller.

摘要: A system includes a recirculation line, a mainline flow meter operable to measure a flowrate of fluid flowing through the recirculation line, a mixing chamber, an inlet line coupled between the recirculation line and the mixing chamber, at least one chemical injection port coupled to the inlet line, a dedicated feed pump operably associated with each chemical injection port, and an outlet line coupled between the mixing chamber and the recirculation line. The mixing chamber includes a plurality of mixing zones, a mixing blade assembly that includes at least one blade within each mixing zone, and a motor coupled to the mixing blade assembly and operable to rotate the mixing blade assembly. Each of the dedicated feed pumps is coupled to a separate chemical supply and is operable to pump a chemical to the corresponding chemical injection port for injection into the inlet line.
