    摘要: A device for dispensing chemical solutions into a liquid flow, alone or in combination with a filter cartridge. Said chemical solution is created by dissolving up to two chemical solutes contained within chemical cartridges into said liquid flow. The device is comprised of a lower chemical cartridge containing a first solute connected to an upper chemical cartridge containing a second solute, and a dispenser which allows said liquid flow to continue through the flow network. The device allows for higher concentrations of a single solute to be introduced into said liquid flow than present techniques or allows for the introduction of multiple solutes into said liquid flow within the same dispenser system.

    摘要: A fluid injection system for dispensing a solution into a fluid flow in a flow line, the fluid injection system including a storage tank having a product to be dispensed therein. The system includes a connector for connection to a fluid flow line. The connector has an outlet port for diverting fluid from the flow line into the tank, an inlet port for returning a mixture of fluid and/or product back into the fluid flow line, and a restrictor provided between the inlet and outlet ports. The system includes an inlet dip tube and an outlet dip tube provided inside the tank and a mixing chamber connected between the inlet dip tube and the outlet dip tube. The mixing chamber is configure to mix the fluid with the product to create a fluid/product mixture, wherein the fluid/product mixture is injected back into the fluid flow line via the inlet port.

    摘要: In a fluid injection system for dispensing a solution, said fluid injection system comprises a feeder tank having a product to be dispensed therein, an inlet connection for diverting fluid from a flow line to a fluid nozzle means and an outlet connection for dispensing the solution into the flow line or onto a matter. The fluid nozzle means is in communication with the feeder tank and the inlet connection and the fluid injection system controls a flow rate of fluid at which the fluid nozzle means introduce the fluid into the feeder tank based upon characteristics comprising solubility of the product at a temperature of the fluid in the feeder tank, weight of the product to be dispensed or to be dissolved in the feeder tank, and dispensing time, and the fluid injection system controls a flow rate of the fluid nozzle means to satisfy equation: F=(W)/(T×S) wherein, F is the flow rate of the fluid nozzle means, W is weight of the product in the feeder tank, T is dispensing time and S is solubility of the product at the temperature of the fluid in the feeder tank.
