摘要： A wrist strengthening device includes a first handle, a second handle coupled to the first handle, and a tightening component coupled to the first handle and the second handle. The tightening component is configured to provide resistance to movement of the first handle and the second handle as the first handle is moved in a first direction and the second handle is moved in a second direction, opposite the first direction. The tightening component includes an outer piece, an inner piece, and a male and a female portion. Movement of the male portion toward the female portion causes space between the inner piece and the outer piece to decrease and friction therebetween to concurrently increase.

摘要： A running device and method of using the device are disclosed. The device may include a moveable material within an inner chamber of the running device's housing. In operation, a running device may be held in each hand and the runner may thrust both hands downward prior to landing and quickly bring the devices to a vertical stop after landing. Bringing the devices to a vertical stop may cause the moveable material to collide with the housing and increase the force exerted by the runner on the ground. A delay component may delay the peak force exerted by the material against the housing so that the translation of that force to the ground coincides with the peak force that the runner would have exerted against the ground in the absence of the devices.

摘要： An exercise and massage device utilizes a substantially spherical body having a central cavity that extends to opposite sides of the spherical body so that the cavity forms openings on opposite sides of the spherical body. The spherical body has an outer core of a first resilient hardness. A single rigid handle is positioned within the cavity. The openings of the cavity are sized and configured for allowing a user to access and manually grasp the handle through either opening. A resilient outer layer surrounds the outer core of the spherical body and provides an exterior surface of the spherical body. The resilient outer layer has a second resilient hardness that is less than that of the first resilient hardness of the outer core of the spherical body to provide a cushioning effect when the device is used in a massage mode. The device is weighted to provide a total weight of the device of from 2 lbs or more.
