摘要： A drug delivery device includes a housing defining a shell having a proximal and a distal end, a needle assembly at least partially disposed within the housing at the proximal end, a drive assembly at least partially disposed within the housing, and a damper mechanism at least partially disposed within the housing adjacent to the distal end. The housing further defines a longitudinal axis extending between the proximal end and the distal end. The needle assembly includes a syringe barrel containing a medicament and a needle or a cannula. The drive assembly is operably coupled to the needle assembly to urge the medicament through the needle or cannula. The damper mechanism is operably coupled to the drive assembly and the housing. Upon activating the drive assembly, the damper mechanism dampens an effect thereof.

The injector device also includes a needle sleeve mounted within the housing and moveable between an extended position in which the needle sleeve at least partially extends from the distal end of the housing, and a retracted position in which the needle sleeve is received further within the housing than in the extended position. The injector device also includes a release mechanism configured to control actuation of a piston rod. The release mechanism includes a rotatable member disposed within the housing and in cooperating engagement with the needle sleeve such that movement of the needle sleeve from the extended position to the retracted position causes the rotatable member to rotate within the housing from a first position to a second position.

The medicament container is configured to move within the housing between a first position and a second position in response to a force produced by an energy storage member. A proximal end portion of the medicament container includes a flange and has a plunger disposed therein. A first shoulder of the movable member is configured to exert the force on the flange to move the medicament container from the first position to the second position. A portion of the first shoulder deforms when the medicament container is in the second position such that at least a portion of the force is exerted upon the plunger. A second shoulder of the movable member is configured to exert a retraction force on the flange to move the medicament container from the second position towards the first position.

摘要： An autoinjector having a lower body (10; 1010) receiving a reservoir, a piston, a needle, an actuating sleeve (11; 1011) with a contact end to contact the user. The actuating sleeve is displaceable between projected positions and an actuation position, being in a first projected position prior to actuation of the autoinjector. The autoinjector also having an injection device (5, 8; 1005, 1008) and an injection lock. The actuating sleeve is automatically returns to the second projected position when the user removes the autoinjector from his body and is locked in this second projected position. The autoinjector includes an external shell (22; 1022) having a display window for indicating the actuation sequences, at least one display window (221; 1221; 1023) indicating to the user that the injection of the fluid product is finished.

摘要： An autoinjector having an external shell (1022), a reservoir, a piston, a needle, a piston rod (1005) that is displaceable between a loaded position and an injection position in which the piston rod has displaced the piston of the reservoir to inject the fluid product through the needle, an injection spring (1008) to stress the piston rod towards the injection position, and a mobile element (1004; 1006), the piston rod displaceable relative to the mobile element. The autoinjector also includes an indication device (1500) having a key (1120), and a head part (1122). The mobile element including a deformable tab (1510; 1520), the head part cooperating prior to injection with the deformable tab to prevent any radial deformation, blocking the mobile element relative to the external shell. The piston rod, on completion of injection, exerting traction on the head part causing displacement of the key and enabling radial deformation of the deformable tab and axial displacement of the mobile element.
