A detachable wrapping member is integrated with the pants. The wrapping member has a belt whose two ends thread through corresponding loops at bottom corners of the wrapping member, and a bottom portion of the wrapping member is flipped upward to reliably cover a crotch area of a user, preventing excrement or urine from overflowing. A clamping member uses Velcro fastening elements or snap buttons to lock a planar object of an absorbent member, and the clamping member can provide secured positioning, increased friction, and load distribution so that the absorbent member can be reliably worn. The clamping member contains a clamping element that is concealed when not in use. The clamping element then can be flipped to further secure its locking the absorbent member.

In some embodiments, a garment may not be a diaper and may not be designed to contain multiple urinations. In some embodiments, such as in a reusable form, the garment may be designed with a disposable pad capable of containing one or more urinations, then the disposable pad may be replaced. In yet another embodiment, a disposable garment may be provided so that after urination, the entire garment may be thrown away.

    摘要： A disposable waterproof encasement for an absorbent sanitary pad may be releasably secured to an undergarment to convert an everyday undergarment into a sanitary panty or stress incontinence garment. Preferably, the encasement is secured to the panty with the Velcro-type fasteners. The encasement includes a waterproof back and a waterproof marginal front portion secured to the marginal portion of the back to form a water-tight fold. The marginal front portion forms an opening to expose the absorbent pad. The encasement may include an elongated strap bridging the central portion of the opening for retaining the absorbent pad within the encasement. One end portion of the strap may be releasably secured to the front marginal portion to facilitate insertion and removal of the absorbent pad. To ease removing the absorbent pad, the encasement may include an elasticized rubber pad.

    摘要： A diaper having a disposable liner comprises a vinyl retainer having a main body panel and side and end flaps overlying respective side and end edges. Groups of snap fasteners are mounted at extremities of the end flaps to permit the retainer to be adjustably secured about the waist and thighs of a baby. Freely insertable and removable into and from the vinyl retainer is a diaper liner that has adequate strength to enable packaging, normal use and handling. Nevertheless, the liner is selfsegmenting and self-disintegrating when fully immersed in a body of water. The liner has a central panel substantially coextensive with the main body panel of the retainer. It also has pleated sides forming a barrier panel and a protective panel extending the length of the liner along each edge. The liner is inserted into and positioned within the retainer with its central panel and its barrier panels underlying side and end flaps of the retainer, but with the outermost protective panels fully overlying the retainer side flaps. The liner is formed of a number of layers of absorbent wadding sandwiched between layers of wet-strength paper. All liner layers are perforated along lines at which the sides of the central panel adjoin the barrier panels, and all layers of the central panel except the upper layer are provided with patterns of perforations. Accordingly, the wet-strength layers upon total immersion, as in a toilet bowl, are self-segmenting along lines bounded by the perforations. The lower layer of wet-strength material is additionally self-segmenting along its additional patterns of perforations, whereby the interposed wadding is released and self-disintegrating.
