When viewed from directions perpendicular to the backing, the adhesive on one side of the backing does not substantially overlap the adhesive on the opposing side of the backing. As a result, it is possible to use a stretch removable adhesive article that uses, for example, an aggressive adhesive to provide a reliable bond but still remove cleanly and easily from delicate substrates that would otherwise be damaged or destroyed if bonded with conventional adhesive constructions.

The front inner insert is formed from two overlapping sewed parts and having curved hems forming a circular adjustable orifice for inserting the penis into the separated space. The orifice encircles the penis and prevents it from falling out from separated space. The briefs are further provided with removable incontinence receptacle having an orifice, which is placed within front outer insert and front inner insert through an opening. The incontinence receptacle has the same shape and dimensions as the inserts so that the incontinence receptacle orifice aligns with the circular adjustable orifice of the inserts so that the incontinence receptacle receives the penis.

The pelvic organ support and the thin disposable insert provide a barrier between the female pelvic organs and abrasive fabrics of the undergarment. The pelvic organ support provides a porous space between tight-fitting non-breathable undergarments and the genitalia of the wearer, allowing air to flow across the wearer's skin. The panty guard with a pelvic organ support to prevent infection, lacerations, pelvic floor prolapse, and incontinence.
